Hmmmm
Ummm, is the Mayo Clinic credible enough source?
Second hand smoke contains thousands of toxic chemicals, including;
Benzene
carbon monoxide
chromium
cyanide
formaldehyde
lead
nickel
polonium
The dangerous particles in second hand smoke can linger in the air for hours. Breathing second hand smoke for a short time can irritate your lungs an reduce the amount of oxygen in your blood. Prolonged or repeated exposure to second hand smoke is all the more danagerous. There is also "third hand " smoke which is the residue that clings to a persons hair, clothing, cushions, carpeting, and other stuff, which poses risks to children.
I'm sure the Mayo Clinic will not deter one "denier" of the damages of second hand smoke, but I have already put those folks in the same group as those that say dinosaurs never existed, man never landed on the moon, and 9/11 was caused by the US government. It must be nice to go through life as an expert on everything but never really learning a damn thing.
