Why do crazy people and the terminally stupid always talk about filing a "defamation" lawsuit over shit talking posted on the internet? Nobody ever believes it because it never happens. Even if a lawyer took that case a judge would laugh it out of the courtroom.

Has he mentioned the name of his "lawyer" yet? Didn't think so.

Well, considering that he named what he thought was our hosting company and they were not a hosting company for anyone, I don't think you have much to worry about.

Incidentally the laughing out of the courtroom over a "defamation" lawsuit is no longer the norm.

I'm quoting from a article and then will give you the link..

In November 2006, a Florida woman, Sue Scheff, was awarded $11.3 million in damages in Broward County Circuit Court, in one of the biggest awards ever tolled. The suit was filed for Internet defamation, and the jury found a Louisiana woman had posted caustic messages against the Scheff and her company, claiming she was a "con artist" and "fraud". The jury found the charges were completely false, so the Louisiana woman had no defense. Interestingly, Scheff's attorney had offered to settle the case for $35,000 before it went before the jury. "

weird how the OP received all those hate filled emails wishing death on his scum filled a$$ and now he's almost buddy buddy with him.

Three different Marty threads in one week. No wonder he thinks AZB was his idea, it's all about him. Just curious, did he come up with this idea before or after Al Gore invented the internet, cause if it was before, then he may be a whole lot smarter than some folks are giving him credit for.

I had some very internet savy people do a search on this person referred to as an attorney. Turns out that he is actually a back-up singer for his cousin Lenny. Other than the soon to be released song titled, "Even my wife thinks you are a scumbag", it appears that the OP has little to worry about.
