strange pms

In the last couple of days, I received a couple of PMs from brand new members. They are asking if I know a certain AZ member that this AZ member might be someone they know.

I don't know these new members and to the best of my knowledge, they don't know me.

Why would these new AZ members send me a PM about another AZ member?

Why wouldn't they just send a PM to the AZ member they are asking questions about?
 
I got one the other day also. They were wondering if I knew who a certain member was and if I had some contact info. I told them nope.
 
I have received two of the same PMs from different new members. Asking about the same member from my area and how to get in touch with them. Delete!

I would report the PM's to Mr. Wilson or another Mod. This is mosy likely a scam of some kind where people are trying to steal your information or another members. I could be wrong but this just doesn't sound right!!:cool:

I already deleted the PM. Oops.
 
Same here. It's a known troll who apparently is unemployed but still has internet access.
