Hey AZer's,
Thought I'd share some pictures of my very special GUS..
SPECIAL YES....
This has been a 1 owner cue since bought new in 1977.
When I said, ALL orininal I wasn't leaving anything out..
This cue has the original TIPS on it from purchase..
No cleaning, no sandpaper, Tucked away beautifully..
It has a copy of Gus' build sheet which say's it came with 13.2mm shafts, guess what, there still 13.2mm...
This cue has all the bells and whistles..
Gus not only put in the Bushka ring, but put the MOP dots inside.
Also, something very special is MOP dot at the point tips. Barry and myself haven't seen that very often. Usually just an Ebony dot.
The joint rings are also the upgraded box ring.
The clarity of the cue is amazing..
Enjoy the work of the true master of cuemaking..
Best,
Ken Kerner

AWESOME!

I DON'T CARE ABOUT CUE DESIGN THEFT.... I LIKE THIS ONE SO MUCH, I THINK I NEED TO HAVE ONE BUILT.

JUST ENOUGH WORK TO MAKE IT AWESOME, BUT NOT TO MUCH TO OVER POWER THE SUBTLE BEAUTY OF THE CUE.

I can relate to you.. It made me drool also :) I like your description "Classy Old School"
This cue reminds me of one I sold years ago, but that one didn't have all the bells and whistles this one has..
I will put you on the babysit list.....

One of the most unique classic designs I have ever seen. The simplistic beauty makes this one of my favorite of all time.

Thank you very much for sharing,
Chris

A masterpiece...
Perfect from the design and to the preservation of being all original.
Nice pictures - thanks for posting these.
