Robin Dodson has Made Her First Instructional Video

I hope Robin can chime in--- Do you cover jumping techniques with a full cue as well or are all jumps made with the shorter jump cues such as your Frog?

I've always found the hardest thing about jumping with short cues was keeping the CB on the table since they don't jump--- they "launch."

Subscribing to this thread. So happy Robin went wayyyy beyond her initial concept of a video on how to use the frog and tadpole. This appears to be a far more involved project and I am tickled silly  I will buy one.

Congrats Robin!

Thanks guys....this is a work in progress...you just cannot believe how much it has grown into a full blown teaching video on the jump shot...I have soooooooooooo much information in my head.

As for a regular cue and jumping...I will show the importance of knowing its limits. And the purpose of having more than one cue in your arsenal for all your needs at the table.

Thanks for doing that video Robin. Just that one tip that you showed in the clip, is already telling me what I am doing wrong. I just might have to dig into that piggy pool bank that I have. ;-)

Congrats to you. :bow-down:

I did Roy....wayyyyy beyond!!!
I thought oh my goodness...forget about just the Frog and Tadpole...this can be "Mastering the Jump Shot" it will stand on its own!!!

For all jump cues...and jump shots...why limit what's in my head :)

4 distributors went to the BCA and they all want to carry it, YAY!!!

That is one of the best trailers I have ever seen. Robin must know something about marketing.

I don't believe a JUMP SHOT video has ever been done before.

Congratulations Robin!

Coming from you -- that speaks volumes!

I got one of those but "someone" drilled a big hole in the bottom .

Gotta agree that this has got to be a great vid if just this little tid bit has helped me (as well) of what I'm doing wrong. My students will love this.

All I can say is I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited...he told me to take 10 minutes to finish a couple things...then I need to watch to see if I left anything out.
Wow, a video! I just can't believe it!!!

And! Its REALLY REALLY Good (in pieces)!!! The only down side....watch my weight....(sorry its a girl thing, but I've been losing it the whole way through) and now that I'm in its very final stages...my weight is gone....I lost 20 pounds! Wish that would've be the case when I first started :)
