What cue do we have here, ID needed!

So a friend of mine came across this cue and neither him or myself know who the cue maker is or what this cue maybe worth. Any help would be great.

What i do know:
Full splice
Looks like rosewood butt and points
Maple forearm
Brass joint and ring?

So it looks like it's a old Adams cue.

Anyone have an idea what it's worth. This cue is for sale.

NO DOUBT IT'S AN ADAMS, BUILT ON A FULLSPLICE BLANK, BUT NOT A TITLIST. THE OUTER VENEER COLOR IS WRONG.

IS IT STRAIGHT?
