Robin Dodson has Made Her First Instructional Video

Robin - you are a natural. I love your teaching style.

I can't wait to see the jump video and I hope you're considering making others.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO exciting...I got my first order on line with my new commercial!!!!

I love this project...knowing that 50% of the profits will go towards opening Nehemiah's has me blown away....

Nehemiah's is the name we got about 13 years ago, to open a "Christ centered pool Hall". For the last 4 years we have had leagues formed from our church....I want to go out to all churches....all groups....high school, college and career, couples, over 50's you name it!!!
To be a nonprofit, is my heart... this project is going to help all churches...and of course a great place to come and hang out....
We all know that friendships are built around the pool table...and they last a lifetime.
YAY can you hear the excitement....and just think "my own understanding...was to sell the Frog and Tadpole"
Eight people called, each time I pitched the idea of a video to go in with the order....
after the eighth time...the thought came into my head..."why haven't I done that"!
Then after much prayer (Roy needed to be on board) Roy came to me...(not me nagging) and said if we can get all the things he needed he would make the video.
Course you know what I said!!!
I have watched what is on the video...you guys...I'm no expert on video's but I have to tell you...this video is beyond my wildest dreams!!!
The info is of course solid...but what Roy has done with it...makes it priceless!!!
I hope you all can join me in launching this ...so I can serve my community with Nehemiah's...and then....write my story....I have the "Ending" now :)!!!
 
Robin you probably remember my student and friend, Gary Wilson, who was in the Canadian Champions chat when we were posting your thread. I wanted to make sure he kept that link so I sent it to him via email.

Well this summer's pool league at church has started. The league is played in the homes of our church members that have pool tables. Right now we can only have 8 teams....until Nehemiah's comes into being.
Well I have to tell you what happened!!!

We got some new players this year, Roy and I decided to have the new couple be on our team to welcome them. We did not know them, nor they us. They just wanted to have some fun and of course the pool league sounded like FUN!!!
First night of league you start asking the normal questions, Hi so... " how long have you been married, kids, what do you for a living?
Well................. that's when things got amazing!!!

Anne, is a writer....she just finished a screen play... she has been praying and asking the Lord about her next project.
What does she write about???????? Well she writes true stories, about Christians....and well, their stories!!!!
Now I ask you........... She goes to my church, she joins our pool league, Roy and I have them on our team....she just finished a story and has been praying about her next one? Needless to say, as much as the curcumstances have lined up....I'm still asking the Lord...is it now? Is it time!!!
This is exciting, she googled me after that first night...and she would LOVE to do my story.... She believes its a book first, then screen play.
Just exciting to see what God could have in mind....
My little update ;) fun stuff to think about! I would love to think all of this would be enough for Roy to retire and come work with me at Nehemiah's :)

Robin , you need to start a thread just for this church league & Nehemiah's , and keep us all posted on the progress and the doin's ! I know I wouldn't be the only one interested in hearing how it goes !!:cool:
 
I will definitely purchase this video. I met Robin a few years back at the APA Nationals where she was showing off her line of jump cues. She had me jumping the ball better than I ever expected in less than 5 minutes. And I won a jump cue in the raffle which Robin signed. :thumbup:

Loved the video, looks awesome. I'm sure you're gonna do well with this.

(BTW, the video when launched from your webpage freezes for me, like it did for RunOutJJ. I tried it on both Firefox and Internet Explorer. The YouTube version works perfectly. Not a complaint, I want you to be successful, and a frozen vid on your webpage ain't gonna help. :p )

Thanks for the heads up (on the web-site), poor hubby he is neck deep in this project! Talk about "honey do's" We will be going to print on the 23rd he can fix the website after that. He is putting career highlights and lots of other cool things...he gave 1000% to this "honey do" for sure! All just refer to the you-tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpiBD7K64OE
