He is a wonderful cuemaker, and a nice guy to boot! He is making a cue for me now. His craftsmanship is wonderful, pricing is good, and the play of his cues are unbelivable. He has developed a shaft that has the least deflection of any cue I have ever played with.
He also makes the Thunderchicken break stick. Its amazing. When you break it sounds like thunder and the balls run like chickens!
He let me hit a few balls with his Leaf Cue on his website. My god that thing is SWEET.
Just like you want, it is forward weighted. His cues do not use a weighbolt so make sure you know the weight you want BEFORE you buy! Really Nice guy.
And his detail work is amazing. One of the parts of my inlay is an Eagle Globe and Anchor. he is doing them out of ivory and it is about half the size of a dime. And he is inlaying that into Snakewood! Ballsy cuemaker and a damn good one too! I just cant wait to get my cue!

I'm not an expert on cue making, but I would think any quality cue maker should be able to make a cue with the feel, weight, balance point, and hit that you like.
I would think with a SP, you would want to use a cue maker who builds his own full splice points. Mike Stacy comes to mind, but I'm sure there are others.

His re-cut cues are fantastic players.
I am having a triple re-cut being built this yr.
He is actually going to come here were I live & spend some time with me & he will be watching how I play & my normal stroke, in order to build me the perfect player; before he actually starts the build process.
Now that, is dedication & his work is excellent.
His cues play superb, IMO.

Dale Teague , Balanced cue , only added weight is the connecting screw that's in front of your hand , thin handle ,60 " long.When held in a horizontal / playing position you can't tell where the weight is. Made the old fashion way no CNC .They play great, lots of energy in a smooth stroke.Lots of people in the Phoenix area play with them. Check out his web site.Teague custom cues.
If I remember, Joel Davidas Cues (JD Cues) are forward weighted too for really good prices. TommnyQs ship JD cues regularly, you can check him out.
I'm not too sure about the traditional sneaky pete having such a balance point since the traditional balance point of cues are all rear-weighted or equal.

I spoke with him about 2 months ago as I sent a cue he made for me, back to him, to have a Predator Z2 partial fitted to it. He did mentioned he stopped making cues. He website is still up though so who knows.

I've seen a Diveney butterfly sneaky that was bacote into ebony (ugly but BEAUTIFUL, if you know what I mean). I'm sure he could make one with BEM or curly maple into a heavier wood....
Looking for a Forward Balanced hit, most look into Manning Custom Cues, He is in Perry, Fl. I have hit with nearly 20 custom cues since I started playing with the Manning, the only one that compared was a Southwest. Manning is a sponsor on the Tommy Kennedy tour, Tommy is a big supporter of Manning cues too
