Question about Centennial cases

Has anybody ever seen a Centennial case with a pouch,just picked one up with a few other Centennials but have never seen one with a pouch or pocket any info or guesses on the value of the case?I'll try to post some pictures later today.

not that rare
i have seen several back in the day
however it is unusual to see them these days

i have no idea of the present value
 
Thanks guys,I just picked up a bunch of cases this weekend and one was a Centennial with the pouch,I had never seen one,got a NOS McDermott tube case and a NOS It's George case also,probably keep a few and let some go also.
