WTB Best Break Cue!

Yesterday I posted my intention to buy a good jump cue, today I'm looking for the best break cue.

I'm a power breaker, so I'm looking for a cue that does well with my kind of break.

I already contacted Steve Lomax for a set quatation but I'm curious to hear what's available too'

Agreed. Denali break cues are awesome. Honestly the best break cue I have ever hit with. My friend owns one and I plan to order one here in the next few months.

Don't have the funds quite yet Bob but i'm workin on it for sure. My friend Luke is the one that just got the purpleheart cue from you. Amazing craftsmenship and unbelievable hit.
 
Best break cue has got to be from Samsara. But that is if you really have the extra cash for that because it really doesn't come cheap.

Alternatively, you should get your hands on a BK2. I've broken with quite a couple of break cues and nothing really matches that of a BK2.

I already have a Jump Break from Samsara, it does break well. I like it better than the BK2 which is why I sold it to a friend and got the Samara. But I'd like to try something new so I'm looking around heh.
 
Omg why do you want something else when you have a samsara!

Other than Steve Lomax, you should really give Andy Gilbert J/B's a try. I think you can get 1 here between 300-400, which is cheaper than a samsara. Really heard a lot of good things about his JB too, and he uses a nice combination of wood.

i'm also looking for a J/b Cue...i already search and many member agree that

ANDY GILBERT J/B....KEVIN VARNEY J/B and STEVE LOMAX J/B are the three Best in the world....


But, i've never try them..:frown:...maybe in the future...:D

If you want a cue that will do the breaking for you? for the money you should check out the cannon break/jump cue. My wife breaks with one and very seldom has a dry break will usually drop 2/3 balls most times no lie. she took mine I had to get a new one for myself. if you are interested drop me a pm.
 
Omen J/B 60" 30/30 split. G-10 ferule, white daimond tip. It's a cannon.

steve lomax all the way again on jump breaks he uses samsara tips with better construction imo and you get best of both worlds this way

BEST Break Cue!

I've been using the OB Break cue (with the hard leather Samsara tip).
I can hit it VERY hard and do not miscue (good tip) and the power transfer
is awesome! I also like the compound taper of the butt...better gripping with resistance against your hand grip when moving forward. I.M.O.

Cannon break cues are made right here in Cincinnati, if you're interested Dick is a friend of mine.
 
I've decided to go with Denali's Purpleheart and Ebony Breaker with Purpleheart Shaft. Seems its incredibly controversial to use PH shaft...Well i'll try it out when i get it and let you guys know how it breaks. I can pit it against BK2, my current Samsara JB and a MEZZ PB.
