Bank the 3 as if the upper right corner were available - kill the cue ball behind the 5 (or possibly the 4) and leave the 3 near center of the right short rail.
But I would probably put too much low right on the cue ball, miscue and leave the opponent straight in to one of corners.
The thin right cut on the three leaving the cue near the upper right corner might be higher percentage for some - but some of us have to aim at the ball in the middle.
