High risk fraud???????????????
your return policy or refund policy is enough to make me think that its going to be a hassle to get a refund at all
the cue you sent to be reviewed proves that there is a high risk of getting a defective cue in your furture sales.
and there are azer in here that no matter what they give 100% refund if the custermer doesnt like the cue they bought.
if you cannot meet these standards of custermer satisfaction you are going to run in to big problems.
there are consumer protection laws. and turning a blind eye to them is not going to change the laws.
the best you might be able to do is sell these cue in person that way the buyer can see if they have a defect or not
if you list these cue online and will not refund there money i think you are going to get your self in trouble.
are you sure these cues are worth it. you have to list all defects or its fraud.............................
you have the chance to be a stand up azer or not.

I believe it would be wrong for me to offer a 100% money back guarantee. I have said that i would refund the money if there is a obvious flaw or fault that is in the cue itself, what more can i offer. I don’t build them , I’m a fair man.
I don’t know of any business that would issue a refund if for example UPS or DHL damaged the goods in transit , is that not what insurance is for?.
Could this crack of happened due to temperature change or altitude, that’s one thing i need to look into.
High risk??? If i was asking $2000 per cue I would offer a no questions ask refund on the purchase because we are talking big bucks ,but as everyone has said these cues are good for the price , we are talking about $200 here.
I’m no expert in the cue industry and i don’t profess to be , that’s why i use mediums like this to help me learn and get opinions of others. I will do more research to find out if in fact long haul flights warp the wood and find solutions to fix the problem, I will post video if I have to of the cues rolling on a flat surface to prove that the cue you or anyone is buying is straight when it leaves here. I will check all cues 10 times over to see if there are cracks in the wood before I ship another item.
FRAUD ?? Common now my new professional pictures that i spent hours with the photographer yesterday show exactly what you are buying , nothing is hidden , nothing is photo shopped , what you see is what you get. That in its self should be a guarantee. I’m trying to be 100% honest and transparent here!.
I have provided a seasoned well respected member here with my business address, Australian business number, phone numbers and so on , I’m not going anywhere and am not here to rip people off from their hard earned money. I know how hard it is to earn and I’m not a con man.
Remember these cues are hand made not pumped out by some machine.
To finish
Maybe this is the wrong place to sell these types of cues , who knows maybe i am trying to target the wrong market , should have i know better to put the cues straight into the fire to be assessed by the experts?.
Should I have not tried to be totally upfront and honest in such a way that it will ruin any chance of a sale from this site, a cue that looks great, plays well , but is not suitable for a "pro" to play with would of thought there were beginners here that are looking for a nice looking cue to get themself started with a minimal outlay?.
I will post the more detailed photos once they become available (if they are not to big for the site) , then i will let you all decide if you would like one or not , there is not much more i can do but that.
I can and will send the same photos via email to anyone who requests them via pm if the photos are too large for this site.
Thank you for your time
