Japan G2 Layered Tips..next Kamui??

From Kenny:

"G2 tips are made in Japan with my own formula. It consists of 8 layers of premium pigskin. They come in three hardness: soft, medium and hard. They are about the hardness of Kamui SS, S and M.

Many Asian pros are now using G2. The tips are extremely consistent and responsive. Sound and feel are top notch. So far I have not received any negative feedback after thousands of tips sold."

You can email him if you're interested in purchasing; kenny.lacity@gmail.com

I will probably order one myself. I've been using Morri tips for years - but I hear great things about these tips. Just gotta decide which will best match my Soft Morri... probably a Medium G2?

Hey Kenny, when's the show till? Dam..I was in Guangzhou last week and I'm flying there next week...of all time..

Today is the first day. Last day is Sunday. You should let me know when you were in Guangzhou. I would take you to my club.

how does this relate to the G2 tip?

I told Jive that Dennis has been using G2 since it came out. He actually bought 20pcs from me and I personally handed the tips to him. He was still using G2 when I met him last Nov. at All Japan Championship. Dennis might be using Hirano now, that is why he said that.

One time I bought a shaft from Kenny and he said that he will give me a G2 tip for free to try out, but then I opened the box and the tip wasnt there , I assumed he forgot, which is just natural, but I was so into trying it out :P

I will be ordering them from Kenny as soon as my bank give me the new credit card i been waiting for, I had to renew it, then ill contact you Kenny for the shaft and tips :)

I really forgot about that.....I am sorry. I will send you 2pcs in the next shipment.

Dennis actually prefers the G2 tips a bit better than the Hirano. He has a lot of Hirano tips left in his case. Kenny please PM me about an order for some.

I just ordered two of each from Kenny. He was great to deal with and I hope to try these tips out soon.

Russ...

All orders placed before Friday have been shipped. I will send tracking information to each of the buyers. Thanks for your business. Hope all of you will like the tip.

All orders have been shipped out. Hope you will all receive the tips without any problem. It would be nice to see some feedbacks posted here. Thanks, Kenny

I ordered 3 tips to try, one each of S,M,H and got them quickly. Kenny was great to deal with, very responsive. I put the Soft on and played it a week. At first, it felt kinda mushy but after a while, a day or two, it seemed to come alive and was quite responsive. Not like a Kamui at all to me, nor like a Moori. Definitely punished me for overhitting, but with a good stroke it felt pretty good and table-length draw shots were no problem. I took it off last night and put on the Medium and will try it today. I am playing a tournament tomorrow, so hope it picks up where the S left off. This is really a beautiful, well made tip. I told Kenny if it plays half as good as it looks, I'll be happy...he said it plays twice as good, and I'm coming around to think that way too. Thanks again Kenny.
