Some say that Buddy stopped the fan before too much damage was done to Chuck's face using his playing cue but the truth is he grabbed a house cue and stopped the fan with that.

I see the light! You made a good point there for sure. But, you better watch what you say good about a person on this forum!!! Please do not say anything more than once about them! Even if you cannot say it in 100 post and cover all they have done for the pool world including every player in the world. I am gonna keep my mouth shut.

I wasn't trying to be disrespectful...I was just curious. I watch you post about many things, and in the past few weeks you have been posting a lot about Buddy Hall, so I was just wondering why the sudden infatuation.
I like Buddy as much as the next guy, but I think there were many great players in his era, and while he is on a short list of the top players of his time, it is still a list, and not one name.

Maybe it is because Buddy is a good friend of mine! Plus I was getting my info direct from Buddy Hall. Now I go on the Internet to get my info about Buddy Hall, and every time I look for something there is no end to what he has done for the world of pool.
If I do not like a thread, I do not read it. If I do not like a subject I do not read it! The thing about me is that I do not hold a gun to anyone's head to make them read my threads. If you do not like my thread for whatever reason pass it by!!!
And for what you are saying about other top players, their are none of them that can top the records of Buddy Hall. Period. He is a 12 time world champion. He is a 5 time player of the year in the world. He is in the hall of fame for 9 ball, One Pocket, and banks. I won't say anymore though. Find me one of your top players with that resume? And let me know!

I am very sure that these threads are a direct result of Lock n Load's conversations with Buddy Hall. When I spoke to Buddy recently, I got the distinct impression that Buddy Hall likes Lock n Load and shares many things with him and that they talk regularly.
It is pretty cool to hear the different stories that Lock n Load is telling about Buddy, even if it is second hand information. Why it's almost like listening to the Bill Brasky stories.
