>> SCHICK 1999 Gambler With Custom JPs and 1x2 Whitten - USED, BUT MINT & STRAIGHT <<

For sale is a 1999 BILL SCHICK GAMBLER, which is in MINT CONDITION & ROLLS DEAD STRAIGHT TOGETHER AND APART. The forearm features 4 razor-sharp Amboyna Burl points with 3 veneers (double wide dark blue, light blue andnatural) into Bird's-Eye Maple. Each point has 2 Ivory dice. The sleeve is also Amboyna Burl and features stacked Ivory dice with card symbols in between. The joint is flat-faced solid Ivory with a brass 3/8-10 screw. The wrap is seamless Elephant Ear. The joint protectors were made for me by Schick in 2011. The 1x2 Whitten case was made for me and just for this cue. The Ivory oval on top of the case was made by Schick. I have the receipt for the jps and Ivory oval on top of the case. Both shafts are pristine, have ivory ferrules and Schick original made tips, and roll dead straight together and apart.

The specs are:

Length: 29.0 inches + 29.0 inches = 58.0 inches.

Weight: 18.8 oz. with one shaft and 18.7 oz. with the other; the butt alone weighs 14.7 oz.

Shaft Diameter: 13.12 mm and 12.90 mm.

At the 2011 ICCS in St. Louis, Schick told me that he would not make a cue with similar work as there is in this cue for less than $10,000. If you doubt me, just call (318) 688-8070 and ask him.

THIS CUE IS ALL ORIGINAL EXCEPT FOR THE ELEPHANT EAR WRAP, WHICH SCHICK PUT ON IN 2010. THE ORIGINAL WRAP WAS SOLID BLACK LINEN.

Going, going, GONE.

Me too, Pete. This is my last BIG CUE. I've slowly been liquidating for over a year now, and have moved 3 cues over $6,500 since January. I have a pile of cash right now and am looking for investment grade cues. I will not deal too much on this cue because Schick is slowing down and his cues will stand the test of time for sure when he is all done making cues. This cue is one heck of a player. Perhaps we can work a trade down the road if it does not sell or trade before then, but that will cause you to part with some of your incredible cues.

Best regards,

Mike

Hi Mike,

Is it the cue you shot the "4 balls in same corner pocket" with? it is a very good player indeed as I see you could do a perfect stunt from the 3rd to the 4th ball in the clip. And it is very beautiful also.

P/s: I am Cuong at kuong.tran@gmail.com. my other username seems to take forever to be approved, I created another one and can post immediately, weird. I am sticking with this now.

GLWS!!

Hi Cuong:

Yes, this is the same cue that I shot 4 balls in the same corner pocket with.

First bump in a very long time for one of my favorite cues ever and a price reduction to $6,850.00 shipped. This is as low as I will go on this gem and like new (original finish) 1999 Schick.
