Has anyone been in any kind of contact with him.
Doesnt surprise me people have not taken delivery on their goods by the promised date. I have been waiting almost two years for my cue from another maker who was supposed to deliver it over a year ago. Seems a lot of folks are having issues from certain cue builders...hope everyone gets their goods
I wonder if Tommie1351 ever got his Cue that is way over due.WASN't June First some kind of promise to have everything done????

Everyone's cue is coming. Yes, I missed the June 1st date I promised and I am not going to go into why, but your cues are coming. If this isn't good enough for some of you drama queens, well, find another post to play in. Especially when I owe you nothing !

I guess it's time for me to get involved. I feel like the biggest fool that was ever on earth. I really thought Jim would not throw all the friendships & busness down the drain. I would appreciate it if all the people that are owed cues to PM me their name and phone numbers. I am going to do something about a three year ordeal that I'm very tired of. Alot of people here on AZ know me and the health problem I've had. I have never used them to take someone's money. I am going the legal route and would like to take everyone that wants to go with me. When we start this there is no stopping, the FBI is not a collection agency, so once we start we will not get a cue, but what do we have now except a guy that thinks he can do what ever he wants to. Get in touch

I'm not trying to be rude or an ass but if you truly think the FBI is going to get involved with owed cue repair work and they don't have MUCH bigger fish to fry then you are living in a fantasy land. I'm not saying its right but come on the FBI? Seriously? I'd love to be a fly on the wall for that conversation. I doubt they get a SWAT team right on it...

They have a whole unit just for internet fraud and besides I already spoke to someone a long time ago about it. It's not easy, and I'm not a fool! Why do you think it took so long for me to speak up. This is not a small thing. Just count up the money involved in all those custom cues that are owed. You're a real nice guy, thank you for the support.

Ok, here is the deal for you Tommie , if you would like your cue, or if any one wants there cue mailed to them as is or in it's current state, please email me at jimleecustoms@yahoo.com and please include your current address or the address you want them shipped.
I have done all I can to be nice, helpful, and professional up to this point. So if you would like your cues, let me know. I just set a deal in motion for another maker to finish them as I am unable to. Most are awaiting a little inlay work or finish of clear coat.

You might want to get with the program. I know in tommie's case AND mine, we are owed custom cues not any "repair work". We are not the only ones waiting either, and I'm no lawyer but taking money and not giving anything in return like promised is fraud. I'm not saying they will get involved either but you need to get some facts right before dogging someone.
As for me, no cue either. Only some pics months ago that only needed little work to be finished but I've heard plenty of excuses as to why it's not finished and why it can't be worked on but yet I'm seeing some major work be done on other things while we should just be patient and wait. Almost 2 years for me since the build started, doesn't count the time I sent my first cue back due to other things that I thought I was very patient on that I could have really pitched a fit over but I'm a reasonable man until I feel I'm being taken advantage of and now I feel that way.
Not sure which route to take because this is my ONLY shot at getting a custom cue, and if I'm scammed I am done for good. This was saved up money on a disability income (half my monthly check) and now it seems I'm out of BOTH the money and the cue. What to do, what to do??????
And in the same respect, thanx to all my customers that have been very supportive and understanding. I appreciate it guys as I am happy there are some good folks left in this world.
