I picked up one of these on Ebay a few years back for almost nothing. I think the line was called "Wizard". Yes, all the ones I have seen do. And the ring work is real too. Interestingly that Ebay cue has rings that look like they line up. The ferrules suck and the shaft wood is hit or miss...mostly miss. .
