Who Are All The Known Joint Protector Makers on AZ?

Not sure how many ....but send Alton a pm... He's "cue caps" on here, he is bar the the best.

Alton makes very cool joint protectors, in with points and inlays etc. to match your cue!
Jim makes also cool jp's and has a real quick turn around time and super customer service.

Pipe1976 (Lonnie) also makes and sells them. There are actually a ton of people on here that make them, but only a few are the main ones that sell them. Heck, I even make them, I just don't sell them, just make em for friends and team mates every now and then.
 
i have 2 sets from jim baxter. could not be more pleased with them. jim and christy are great to work with and turnaround is quick.:grin:
 
I've gotten caps from both Jim Baxter and Alton Tanaka and been super pleased with both.

Yup Jim Baxter and Alton are your best bets and have been at it for quite a while.

Known Jim for a while and he's a gem to work with and talk to, all round nice guy, super funny and accomodating! Did I mention he makes great JP?

I've never had the good fortune of working with Alton but have communicated with him abit and everybody that says he's a great guy were right. Do a search on him, you'll see some JPs so amazing it'll put quite some cues to shame...
 
Jim baxter made me a set. They look like crap now becuse they did there jobs protecting my joints three years later and still going strong.

Hands down Jim Baxter!!!!!!!!

Steve Kornele not only makes great JP's but good cues also. I've had him make a few sets and was more than satisfied.

Very true Tommy, don't know why I had forgotten about Steve. I had Steve make me a set for my Coker. His quality is right up there with Jim Baxter's.

No disrespect to Jim, but Steve's joint protectors are far beyond Jim's.
