What are the specs on the bottom cue? And can you come across some j/p's for them?

Truth is I'm probably going to save my pennies and get a used Onley the more I think about it.
 
under $200 cue

Got a nice starter cue Kaiser K636 with 2 shafts one is a 13mm and the other is turned
down to11 mm shaft $125 and I live in Greenwood In so we could meet and you shoot with it! Both have layered tips!

And dufferin for 100
Or both cues with 2x3 case for 250 shipped
 
I've got an older Palmer with two straight shafts. butt has a slight roll. this is a "painted" cue not inlaid.
