Cuesports could use a lot more charitable events like this one! Well done!

You right Okie, Hopefully it will catch on.

Myself, Brandon Shuff and Stevie did a fundraiser in Memphis and even got to tour the hospital. What an uplifting experience for all involved.

God Bless all the families that are having to deal with major childhood illnesses. When St Jude began 50 yrs ago, the survival rate for childhood Leukemia was 4%. Today it is nearly 94%.

The drug companies couldn't justify making the relatively small amount of medicine needed for many of the treatments, so St Jude Research Hospital built a lab and makes their own!

I was really nervous going to the hospital, mainly because I thought it would be depressing and awkward. Boy was I wrong! St Jude Children's Research Hospital was one of the most positive upbeat places I have ever been. You could just feel the love from everyone.

I am REALLY proud to represent St Jude Children's Research Hospital's efforts by organizing this event. It really wasn't that hard.

I hope ALL of you tune in Thursday the 30th to join in on a great time.

Sincerely,

Ray

When I was in Tunica I met some nice folks from Memphis. They had played in the charity event there. It sounded like a definite success from their point of view. Well done!

I'm looking forward to competing in the Texas State Open and taking part in this charity event...One thing I miss is doing things like this for a good cause, we used to do it at most of our professional events when I was competing full time.

I'll see everyone Thursday Night,

When does the pro/am auction take place ? I'll be coming down midday Thursday.

Auction starts at 7pm Thursday night. We will be auctioning off chances to play with one of the Pros. 100% of the proceeds will go to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.

There will prizes to win as a spectator and prizes for the winner!

It's a great chance to learn some things from one of these great players AND help out a great cause.

Great work for a great cause, Bigtruck!

My 5 year old son has fought childhood cancer and received treatments partially developed at St. Jude's. I appreciate you giving attention to the cause!

It was crazy. Had to park 2 blocks away. What a great event.

Can't say enough about the hard work from everyone to put this together.

All the players, Skinny Bobs and Big Truck for hitting another one out of the park.

The children are so Special.

Also someone who made a major contribution of her time and support was Veronica Perez-Martel. She worked tirelessly raising support to help bring the players in. Without her I'm not sure it would have even happened.

Thank you Veronica!!

We CAN make a difference

Mia
5 years old, acute myeloid leukemia, Louisiana

After several years of marriage and Mia’s birth, Mia’s parents thought they were done raising kids. And then Mia’s little sister was born 18 months ago. She was a happy accident. Late last year, they learned that Mia suffered from acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and would need a bone marrow transplant. When siblings are a match, they’re considered the best transplant donors—Mia’s little sister was a perfect match. Mia’s parents learned of the high AML survival rates at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and obtained a referral. The transplant, which took place in January, was a success, and Mia quickly achieved remission. Today, Mia’s parents have two healthy children.

Mia is an imaginative little girl who loves telling stories and singing songs with made-up words. She’s also a loving older sister.

Mia’s parents are very grateful to St. Jude for the treatment Mia has received and the hospital’s outstanding infection control policies. They consider St. Jude a place of miracles.
Help support children like Mia.

Donate NOW!!

Thanks Everyone!

Ray
