Need Contact Info for Three Pros

We are trying to assist the BCA in inviting players to World Championships. The World Ten Ball Championship and the All-Japan Championship are both coming up and I still do not have contact info for four players. I need email addresses for these four players. They are:

1) Justin Hall
2) Jesse Engel
3) Mitch Ellerman
4) Dennis Haar

I have tried phone numbers and Facebook contacts for the above but have still not established any contact. If I do not get an email address for these gentlemen they will miss out on all international invitations. Any help would be appreciated. I have an email for Brandon now. Since we only have a few days to get invites out and accepted we cannot be Facebooking a few guys, tweeting a few guys, phoning a few guys, emailing a few guys, etc. No time for that. So all pros who wish to get invited overseas will maintain email accounts for that purpose. We used to try calling them but waiting for days for return calls did not work at all. I do not know any professional people who do not use email, pro players the same.
