Le pro with a cheap bumper under it.
To me looks like It could be either one of what has already been mentioned or a champion tip, but don't see too many of the champs these days. Triumph and champions both have red backer pads on the tip out of the box, but backers can be added to any ferrule before gluing a tip on, so there's always a chance that It's another tip like Tommy mentioned, and was just added to a backer. it does look a little darker in color.

Bumper? I'm not familiar with any expensive pads.
Cheap has nothing to do with it. I use a pad because I don't cap my ferrules. With a pad you can get many tip changes and never touch the ferrule.

Why do you suppose that a round tip is named Triangle?
Why isn't a driveway called a parkway and a parkway isn't called a driveway?
A Triangle tip is named as such because the name round tip was already taken.
Looks like a Triumph to me.
