Go scam people on ebay....with your "flawless reputation"!!!

Save all the Bullshit! i am done with this thread, AC you will get your shaft and the new owner will have a great cue.

I don't have to look at your Itrader you Fag i am done trying to defend myself to your pathetic ass.

I have done Hundreds of transactions and have flawless feedback on Ebay for a reason.

...................

WOW! Talking about maturity.....If your deals were so "flawless" you would not have to "defend" yourself.
People will look at your iTrader, believe me.
if you are doing so well on ebay, why do not you stay there?
ANd yes, as you stated, it is a free country and people are free to express their opinipons about deals on here. Apparently, your deals do not go bad as one poster said, your deals start bad.
You are not on my do not deal with list, you are on my "People to avoid" list for good.

If it is up to a vote, I say yay. Screwed people in the past. Caught trying to 2 more at the same time on 2 different cues right now. I hope the mods are seeing and reading this.

This can't be the same Gina that Singernak contacted me about and tried to sell me last week because that other cue (which looked strangely enough just like this one) also had a warped shaft and this one doesn't. So Singernak being the upstanding guy he says he is, wouldn't disclose one thing to me and another to eBay and AZ, so this must be a different (although identical looking) cue.

The thing that really surprises me, however, is Singernak has managed to find 2 identical low-price Ginas, both with ivory buttcaps. On the one he tried to sell me (the one with the warped shaft) I told him to give me the serial number from inside the joint and I'd call Ernie to verify if he didn't want to call, and he just went back to pitching me.

Anyway, I'm sure someone will be very happy with this bargain from such a reputable seller.

Thanks

Kevin

Not to mention he found 2 Ginas with white and black joint protectors. I guess that is what Ernie is going to nowadays, non matching joint protectors.

One of his identical Ginas might have had black one and the other white and he might of switched them up when he was rolling the shafts in order to fully disclose like the stand-up seller he is.

If you only knew what the $%$$%#@%$ you were talking about you might sound intelligent.

The cue work was done by my friend Jim Ingram in Oklahoma, maybe you've heard of him he's in the blue book and billiard encyclopedia, and is a great cuemaker and very capable of doing any repair.

Whatever, it is useless for me to give your post's merit and even respond, and if anyone is a POS it's the guy in your mirror!

Oh, and by the way the third shaft wasn't spoke of as it was a local deal and it wasn't until after the trade was done that AC asked about the other shaft. i informed him it was being inspected for warranty replacement, and he could have it or we would work something out. Which i still intend to do.

That's odd. When I asked you on eBay as to who did the refinish, you said Fred did it "within the last year". You also said you had a COA that detailed the cue from start to finish. That's hard to do when someone else "fixed" the handle, wouldn't you say?

Yet another bit of telling a whopper. He may have had "hundreds" of transactions on eBay, but only 8 were as the seller.. and one of those was negative!! So much for "flawless" anywhere.

Chris

I dont know either. But I do know that this needs to stay in the publics eye until the mater with AC is resolved. Sad that some are so ignorant that they dont see anything wrong with what they do. Oh well, I feel lucky. I figured this dude out before he screwed me over. And to think I was thinking of buying that Gina from him. Thank god.

Yes, AC got the shaft. And apparently so did the buyer of Gina.

David

I've been in sales my whole life. Some sales guys feel the sale is made when they get paid. Some guys feel the sale is made when the customer is happy.
That's a big difference. The guys that are just "making deals" have the freedom to say whatever they think will work best, whereas the type that has to satisfy his buyer is kinda shackled to the truth.

I hate to one of those "good old days" guys, but AZ was far better when we were a community of like minded guys. Nowadays you can warn all you want and some guy will hop and and buy anyway because it seems like a great deal. 2 weeks later, there's the "I got screwed" thread.

Thanks

Kevin

Usually I would chime in but all I have to say about this comment is, "Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!" Too funny. It's seriously too bad to hear this is happening but unfortunately this is how some lessons are learned.

Kevin has it right when he talks about sales and more importantly people selling with character. Every sale should always be with the customer's satisfaction in mind because they may not be just a one time deal. I'm also in sales for a living and I wouldn't describe every transaction as perfectly smooth but you can buy time to make it right by putting forth extra effort, honesty and appreciation.

KVINBRWR .......Hit The Nail Squarely On His Last Post

Kvinbrwr's last post was dead on right. The Forum has morphed into a different community from when I first joined which wasn't that long ago.

The entire tone on ther Forum was different when I joined. I bought my first Joss West from Jim Murphy on this Forum and everything went great. During the buying process, Jim's thread listing on AZ received lots of posts and some were mine. There wasn't any criticing the cue or the price or anything like that. People weren't inclined to find fault with a thread versus posting just how they felt about the thread without disrespecting another or mocking them.

I am not using my initial cue purchase on the Forum as a mirror for how everything was taking place on the Forum at that time. Of course, there was bickering and battles occurring between Forum members. It wasn't a perfect community but I can tell you this. The Forum was a happier, more congenial, helpful community, or so it appeared to me. People didn't criticize or chastise each other on a personal level like today. Let's confront the stark truth.....there's some very untasteful. horrible narrative being exchanged nowadays.

I am not without blood on my hands but I am doing my best not to engage in verbal warfare. When you can stand stand toe to toe with your opponent and look the person squarely in the eye before you say anything or even do anything, that's the manly, brave thing to do. But to attack someone who's not even in the same room with you with written words that essentially represent a personal attack, well that's just cowardly. If I want to punch the other guy, I send him a PM message to keep it off the public Forum.

The problem with that is some cowards will respond back to you on the Forum board by cutting and pasting the original PM message you sent only to that person. So even when you try and keep an argument one on one, some cowards will resort to using the aforementioned tactic as a way of trying to drum up support and rally others against you for a private message that was never intended to be viewed by the general Forum. That's just chicken-shit and it's happened to me three time so far. I have those "3" member names written down and the day will come where I'll return the favor to these fellows threefold if you catch my drift. I learned a long time ago it doesn't pay to get mad at anyone........just make sure you get even.

Now not every author of a dissenting post is a coward but you can clearly spot those that are by their chosen words. When the exchange of posts between members degrade to a vendetta using slanderous, condemnable terms, well the Forum has a cancer that needs treatment quickly. I read a post yesterday where a member called the other member a fag. Come on.... is there any decency? What's next? Where is this community heading?

Anyway, that's how I see things....the last couple of years the Forum has gone downhill and I blame and hold the Forum Owner and the Forum Moderators for the current state of affairs. The new Forum rules enacted the first of the year that aren't being followed. Maybe the Moderators are confronted by a seemingly impossible task. Nonetheless, they need to enforce the rules a lot more vigorously because the Forum is sufferring from what's happening nowadays, If this continues, the Forum will be just a graveyard of its former self.

Matt & Kevin, I feel the same way.
I've read some theads & posts on here that have been down right disgusting.
I've been slandered on this forum just for being who I am.
I've been on here 3+ yrs. now & all of my transactions have been on the level.
I try to make verbal contact before any deals are done, just so we meet on a more personal level.
Later, after the buyer or trade receives their product I check in with them to make sure they are satisfied.
This is important to me on a personal level.
I also feel if someone PM's you they should at least tell you their name.
I don't hide who I am & I know a lot of other reputable sellers that are the same way.
To add, I enjoy meeting & conversing with people from all over the world, you never know what you will learn.
Just my 2 cents.

Thank you & God bless,
Michael

Matt, i apologize to you and the forum community about my comments, however when i am being attacked verbally thru a thread being called a POS, and an Asshole, i must defend myself as a man.

There is always someone hiding behind there computer, and playing the judge, jury and executioner, i also agree that this forum in the last few years has changed, as the market has as well.

I never intended for the buyer on this deal or any deal that i have done to go bad, on this particular deal i was contacted off AZ and introduced to the buyer via a friend of mine, and this had nothing to do with AZ. if i were to post the text messages from the buyer, you would see i have tried to make
this right.

I asked him to just send back my cue, and we would trade back. He said he has changed the cue and tips, and didn't want to do that.

I will send him a Predator shaft, as i am a good guy and like i said before i have done hundreds of transactions any many of them are with people on this forum.

You have to understand my position, he asked me for the other shaft i told him the shaft was being inspected for warranty replacement and i didn't have it in my possession, not to mention it doesn't match the cue and he said and i quote " don't worry about it, i will get a tiger shaft and have Ariel match it to the cue, Later Bud "

So you have to see my surprise when i find he has left me negative ITRADER and started a " Beware " post.

After reading the post, i told him if he wanted the other shaft thats fine he could have it, however he must clean up what he started. I asked him to call Mike Howerton and ask that the Itrader be removed, also that he states in the post we are working it out, after he gets his shaft, he would leave positive Itrader.

I have been apart of this site for longer than most people, and if i was the BAD seller i am being made out to be, i wouldn't be here.

I just get so tired, of the so called " Forum Police " making crazy comments and coming to ridiculous conclusions, not to mention all the name calling and backbiting is just crazy, what happened to the old days where you would just take it outside if you had a problem....
