Mind me for asking, but I once inquired a reputable cue maker and he refused to make a snakewood PJ right away due to fragileness of that wood type. Is it true?

Its a very brittle wood and because of that, way hard to work with. Ernie, of course, has a move or two. It takes forever, but the results are, as you can see in Ryan's cue, quite beautiful.
