Just wondering why Mike Deshane decided to separate himself from Bonus Ball and also from the ABP. Anyone know?
Its rumored Mike was up for a part in a new TV show playing the part of Marcus , an up and coming professional pool player who works part time in a bar and befriends an aging man who was a pro player himself known only as Skip. Seems Skip lives in agony over the fact that he won the preeminent pro 9 ball tourney several years earlier but never received payment for his victory and goes by the local post office to check his P.O. box daily in hopes his check has arrived. The other bar patrons rag Skip for his unending faith that his check will arrive. Skip eventually gets a loan against the value of his home and opens a video rental store.
Just curious, who have you beaten that you consider stronger than me?
Not good to show weakness this early in the game. Yes?
Probably looking for weight.
Hah, I don't feel sorry for Skip at all....
..You know where he got his name, don't you?..yeah, he kept skipping out
on the motel bill, his child support, and the vet fees.....well, you knew
there was gonna be something about dogs in this post.
And he actually did get paid for his tournament win...he just didn't want
to tell his stakehorse that he lost it at 3-card monte...what a mooch.
That's the way these young'uns do it these days. They're looking for somebody to drop their wallet. If you're looking to gamble with them, it ain't happening. Nobody does that anymore. It's a lock or no game at all.

I thought I recently saw a younger Guy give an older gentleman a heart check on here.Looked like the young was trying to take the worst of it also.
There's more that happened behind the scenes that I'm not going to publish in the open forum
As opposed to making vague, non-committal, implications?
