I can share my worst. I broke 9-ball and every ball but one (IIRC) ended up in the kitchen with most of them within 2 diamonds of each other and within a diamond of the head rail. Didn't make a ball.

I tell the story over and over, so it probably got worse as I've told it. The reality was probably that it was the best break in the universe with a Cosmo out.

Freddie <~~~ it's like a game of Operator

about 16 years ago when I first started playing, I was practicing breaking 9 ball on a 4 X 8 over and over. Like you, I pocketed 6 balls on the break. I took a pause from breaking to try to run them out and missed the first shot, as I had no idea how to play pool at all.

Oh well, I'm not the only one to break like that and then dog the easy out. Observe:

I made 6 balls on the break twice when I was about 13 or 14 and didn't get out either time. Pretty lame. I did it again when I was college and did run out.

Nice break!

I was playing a friend some cheap sets when he broke and made 6-balls...
His next shot he made two balls at once, and was perfect on the 9!
Full game, all balls down in three shots!!

scratched in side of two rails :)

Use more left english next time to clear the side pocket.
Or hit the cue ball with a pop stroke and it will bounce to right then go forward and hit the rail further back from the corner pocket and increase the angle.

I was playing in a Viking 9ball tournament and broke and made 7. Unfortunately for me, the 9ball stopped right in front of the cue ball and I could not see the only remaining ball on the table. Which happened to be the 8ball. Of course I took a swing at it and missed.

brutal !!

Craziest thing I can remember, and this was 20 years ago, I made the 9 three times in a row in a race to 3.

Wow...

That sucked.

I made 7 balls on the break on a Valley bar box one time but I was hooked behind the 9 and couldn't see the three and had to push.

My usual break knocks in about 3. I've pocketed the 9 ball 4 times in a row and broke and ran the last game in a race to 5. How I made it that many times gets me. Must of been my lucky day.
