My 5000th post

So I just noticed that I was getting very close to 5k (thanks, Tramp!) so I had to ask myself what I was going to post in that milestone?

Something deep, or profound? Nah, not bloody likely.

A simple thank you.

Thanks to Mike and Jerry, for continuing to operate this wonderful site.

Thanks to all the instructors, and otherwise interested and experienced folks who have given me so much good advice, guidance and suggestions on how to improve my game.

Thanks to all the folks who share their love of the game; their stories of big tournaments, league play, road stories and everything in between.

Thanks to the pro's, and other movers-and-shakers of the pool world, who stop by and participate, and interact with us. It is VERY cool, to be have the means to communicate with with you folks in this setting.

And thanks to all the great folks I've met here over the last few years. It's been so cool getting to know you, and to be able to keep up and converse with here.

I won't even attempt to list all of those who I've grown to really appreciate seeing here, for fear of leaving someone out. The list would be very, very long.

OK, so it wasn't a terribly "simple" thank you. But thanks, nonetheless!

May I say you have been, and will continue to be, a credit to this fine organization. Your threads, and post, have been both inciteful, and informative. Keep up the good work, and enjoy the tee-shirt. :)
 
Your sucking up..lol..nice post dub , I've always enjoyed reading your response's to
the bashers an hater..I like it when you give the trolls toys to play with..
I'm not a good writer , speller..oh heck..I'm lucky I can speak period..
just wanted to say you make me laugh at times..
Hope you become a six this years..

I do not like being at odds with you. Hopefully it won't happen as often in the future.

Thanks RJ. Justadub is Bruce, and he gets a little carried away at times....though Sev is in another orbit.

Yours is often the voice of rational reason. You often see both sides of the coin which generally requires an open mind.

Keep up the good work.

I hope you get those sighting issues worked out. I'm now wearing my glasses to play. I don't like it but there is no denying it is helping.
