And, didn't you want to change your screen name because you were RED repped for another trade gone bad? Can you understand why I'm beginning to think you're FOS? If in fact, you besmirched someone's rep here...you WILL need to change your identity!
You say you do "good deals". Why is there no feedback on you. Did you change your identity before?

I find this to be really, really doubtful. If you are referring to a1712 (the guy who screwed ToomnyQs is a503, NOT a1712), I know Brian very, very well. He is a room owner and one of the best guys that I know. There is a 0% chance that he would/will screw you. I don't know any details of what you are referring to, but I will find out, and I will post them on here. Let me reiterate, I will stake my reputation on the fact that there is a 0% chance that Brian will screw you...not saying there may not be some issues regarding a "deal" in the making, but NO WAY will he screw you.

Brian is one of the most stand up people I have come in contact with on AZ. I hope to one day see his pool room. He even gave a cue to a friend of mine with Parkinson's. He is an awesome guy. I wouldn't worry about getting my cues back.

No I was in the red for bumping I'm not the same prodigy that u guys speak of that's why I was trying to change my name so I would not be mixed up with him and I'm not saying brian is not bad guy and I'm not sure why our deal went south but is has but like I said he said he's gonna send my cues back so there no harm done I guess but its the first deal I've tried too do and it went this way kinda sucks

Yea I don't think he will screw me but idk why our deal went south he said he's gonna send my cues back and that's all I ask I do think its silly I sent my cues and he's not even gonna look at them and see if he wants the trade but owe well

I just spoke with Brian/a1712 about this...do you have the tracking number for the shipment? Can you post pix of it? Did you check with USPS to see what your tracking number said the status of the shipment was?

He had you send the items to him at his pool room, so someone would aways be there to sign for them, but he said they have not arrived yet. Is there a reason why you would send so many emails to him...well over 50, including some at 4-5am (and on a Sunday morning) questioning why he had not returned the items?

Also, why would you bump your items back to the top of the sales list looking for possible trades/sales if the cues were already on the way to Brian (a1712)?

BTW, Brian said that he will be returning your items in the box they were shipped in, just as soon as they arrive. He said that he already made up a return label for them.

Be a polite buyer too.

Sometimes a buyer,or seller is flakey,and the seller/buyer gets a bad "gut" feeling and just doesn't want to deal with another flakey seller/ buyer.It could lead to a neg iTrader and more hassles.It sounds like all the emails,etc sent up a red flag,and turned off the buyer.I had a similar one recently,where a buyer dragged a sale out over a week,then sent part payment,and tried some other crap with Paypal.So,I told him,sorry it was sold.Then he saw it was still for sale and he said,"I thought we had a deal" A deal means,send me the money and I'll send the item or return your money as I did with this last loser.
I have no dog in this fight,but there are some very troublesome buyers,not just sellers.Nothing against this buyer,at all,just the opposite. DAN IS STAND UP.
Why did the seller bump his sale thread after he shipped the cue?

Yes I did email him over 4 days time and I work nights so I'd send him emails but it was nothing bad just being friendly like asking for tips on better game and I asked somethings about his cue that he was sending then out of no where he said he was sending my stuff back yes I did bump my thing but I also said I had a trade pending with him u can even look at my post and idk how too post pics on here I could send u a pic but that's it

50 emails and some at 4AM? Sorry but, that does not sound very friendly to me.
if someone sends me 50 emails in the short period of time, i will refuse that package and have it sent back regardless of how good the deal is.
But that is just me.
