I would certainly inform the APA that a member of their regional playoffs has stated that he will be "Armed and dangerous" at their tournament.

Perhaps you should let mom/dad know about this, too..a posting referencing deadly violence could have a severe impact on their homeowner's insurance..

I received this message on 2-10 and thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt and see what happens.. Well guys, NOTHING HAPPENED! No tips, No tracking number, No shit! Surprise! Here is his message..

First off, let me apologize I have been without internet and I have also had a lot of personal issues and an illness in the family that took precedence over everything else in my life. I had no intention of not making good on my end of the deal, in fact I thought you had received the tips. I hadn't logged in since that day I sent the pm stating that I was sending out your tips. There is no reason I would try to scam someone out of a 35 dollar item. My teammate really likes the extender by the way. I will send out another set of tips on Monday and will make sure to get delivery confirmation this time. Once again, I sincerely apologize but I had no idea this was even going on. I thought that I.received email notifications when pm's were sent but that is not the case.

Ill provide the tracking number by Tuesday as I'm accessing this from a friend's house and I don't have a smartphone right now.

So sorry again.

As i suspected, he didn't jump up to kick my ars or pull a gun. Just a stupid pot smoking kid. You could smell the dope on this guy a block away. I did let him know if he felt froggy to jump anytime..... Nothing.

You are not going to get anything back from this guy. He is full of crap 100%. A dope head who lives with mommy and daddy = bum.

Hey, It's worth the $35 to me to know you exposed him for what he is in his comfort zone.. Like I said before..I really don't care about the $35 at this point..I wanted to make damn sure this douche didn't take someone else for a substantial amount of cash..Thanks a ton for your efforts..

They can't change their address with the US Postal Service and sure they could switch to a PO Box.........but would you do business with someone that only offers a PO Box address???????

Ergo, if you knew that there was a unscrupulous person at say 4356 West Mohawk Drive in Tucson by way of threads and posts about say Forum member "Crazy8baller", you'd at least stand a chance of being alerted to a wolf in sheep's clothing when this scumbag tries to pull the same thing say under the handle "Rackem" but uses the same exact address.

It's like this.....people are measured by their actions not their statements and this bozo talks the talk, i.e., I sent them I sent them again etc, he doesn't walk the walk........I know the mail system is just targeting him as a victim to just lose all his mailings.......Come on.......get real.

Cudos to Kot_Bigemot and to ToomyQ for bringing this out in the open to begin with. When one steals, one has to pay the price......in other words, one is obligated to honor/repay the debt or else they must pay the price........unless that is they exonerate themselves or else once again they must pay the price. Regardless, you just can't respond with allegations around about having done this and done that to straighten this problem when in fact it still exists.

This is not a best efforts obligation.....one can't wiggle out of completing the deal when their non-performance sits squarely in the spotlight........a deal is a deal and it's only completed with fulfillment of "Quid Pro Quo" by both parties...... not "Quid Pro and I Really Tried".

But one should be willing to accept the potential consequences as well, and be realistic about what those potential consequences might be.

Lots of thing may be "cool" but not necessarily prudent.

Posting people's info on the web can definitely lead to trouble, perhaps serious trouble. Yes, even if you are "in the right".

When someone uses a public forum to rip you off, responding in the same forum is definitely "cool". Using Veromi or another source to post one's personal info is perfectly legal! You are posting nothing more than what is already on public record. Now, if you have a better way to alert the members of this community to a thief, I'm all ears...
Fact is, I can find every sexual predator in my neighborhood by logging onto a website. Likewise, I would like to find every thief in THIS neighborhood!

Totally cool and necessary with people like a503-cuefan86-mzbhavnhrl (aka Brian Kozy-cSj0Ss-BB Kozy) trying to screw AZ members.
I could name a lot more since I've been following this for 7-years.
I say post public and private information, job information, social security number, family pictures (that really gets them), whatever it takes to out the scammer, and just try to sue me.

Here's one again about Brian Kozy, currently doing business as mzbhavnhrl.
I just can't post this enough and people continue to get screwed by this criminal.
All of the personal information gathered by some of our finest investigators made him easy to find.
I will admit that a simple search even back then for "Brian Kozy" would of prevented this ordeal.

I have always been curious over the years about how secure deals were that are made through AZB... so I have been following this thread for some time.
I finally joined AZB a few months ago because I realized this was not just another Face(less)book type of place to hang out. I've quickly found AZB to be a real social network full of real people. People who are very helpful and "have your back", unlike that eB** place that arbitrates mainly in the favor of the seller... because that's where they (eB**) make their money.

I watched as members like "ToomnyQs" and "Kot_Bigemot" reached out to help this posing POS "a503" (aka "Michael Choe") now known to us all as "Banned". I then saw how quickly this looser got taken care of through the network that is AZB.
Yes... he will likely sneak back into AZB (if he hasn't already) but imagine what life in Happy Valley and Portland must be like for him these days. Everyone anywhere that he goes to shoot will know and talk about him and this deal, thanks to people like "cbi1000" and a few others around the Portland area that (as I said) "have your back".

And I have to retort to "Inferno" about the comments made about what is "UNCOOL" to post in the AZB forums. Who are you to be preaching AZB etiquette since you (like myself) only joined a few months ago? You're not on FaceLessBook now. And of your comment to "Kot_Bigemot" of ""wright things"? Where did you go to school?". Obviously "Kot_Bigemot" went to a higher school of learning than yourself! "Wright things" is both a proper term and spelling. "Wright" n. One that constructs or repairs something.... as in a "shipwright" or a "playwright" (repairing the situation). Wright-on!!!
Also if you had read the original thread on this whole deal, http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=299592 you would have noticed that "Kot_Bigemot" also offered to help this punk, before all of this started... I missed your name on that gift list however. So I have to wonder... who has the right to a voice on this matter (or "wright" if you're looking for something to divert the discussion away from the facts). You would have us all fear buying anything from anyone in the Portland area instead of fingering the actual thief. I think that "cbi1000" and others in the Portland area would be offended by your censorship... or maybe it should have been turned over to the Internet Police (LOL). Agree with everything you said above, Sir.
If you are a liar and a thief you loose your right to privacy. A thief and a liar must be publicly exposed so other good people do not get ripped off.
I wish that little punk was local, I'd definitely find a way to make him return/refund everything he got from good AZ members.
Perhaps, as "Inferno" put it, I did not go to a good school but, the school I went to teaches that you are responsible for your actions - you steal - you pay the price.
 
AZ is a community. We do our best to be honest and fair with each other. We are aware it's a small world in the pool community. A thief is a thief publishing information about one to protect others is fair game. At best thieves should know that this isn't a place to try to take advantage of people and where we wont forget what some have done.

I'm haven some troubles with a deal right now with a1712 I sent my cues too him we had set deal now all sudden he sent me email says do not email him ect so I call I tell him who I am he hangs up on me I'm just really confused I sent him over thousand dollars in cue I hope he's gonna send back I'm just scared right now

These guy`s need to be reported a.s.a.p. We don`t need people like that here, we only here to help each other and to see guy`s doing such things it`s not fun at all.

I was maken friendly convo with the guy and I guess he didn't like that talked to him in a email again said he's gonna send my stuff back idk what the deal was with him idk kinda sucks cuz I really wanted his predator sneaky I mean I was given him two nice cues for one idk maybe someone else on here will do it ?
