Bonus Ball

Breaking into the Asian market??? Now that is funny! I can just see millions of Chinese logging in to see the Tampa Bay Babooms! I know that Brunswick said a flat out no and I'm thinking there is more to the Diamond story!

Don't hate on the baboons son, don't get all bitter because you got kicked out of the cool kids club.

karma

Bonus ball is going to happen and the group of talented individuals working extremely hard and dedicating ungodly amounts of time and effort into it are doing an incredible job. Yes, it has been delayed on multiple accounts but there are legitimate reasons for those delays. In my opinion some people are meant to be in this business and some aren't. They are doing their jobs. End of story. Bonus ball is happening and I am extremely excited to see the outcome. Those who are being completely negative and obnoxious about all of these situations need to think clearly before they speak and put yourselves on other people's shoes. I find it very helpful and effective to read my statements out loud to myself and ask myself if I sound like an idiot.

This of course is not aimed to any particular "human being." ;)

New spokesperson, same crap. yawn.

Sounds more like he got kicked off of the Titantic.

You have to be a blind man to not see the iceberg in the moonlight. I like it when business men like Eric talk reality, Mark talks numbers and Justin is shaking his head speechless. These are pros that have done this for years.

Eric instantly got on to what I was talking about of Chiborak bringing in investors in a second company. That's going to be real hard to defend. It's a fact. Never mind me being pissed at this stupidity, what about the authorities??? Having a contractor robbing you blind because your ego didn't want to listen to an experienced contractor like myself. That's just some of the crazy shit I have seen for the past six months. He's been in hiding, dodging phone calls and basically being unprofessional. Greed, ego or stupidity? Vegas fever? I don't really know! I finally said enough is enough, I got to warn everyone! These investors, whom I never met, players, whom I have met and everyone else that will feel the icy cold water as it pours over the hull and freezes the life out of my friends!

The numbers must be huge to get these new investors into this boon doogle by Larry Chiborak. He is apparently telling them they will make millions the first year. I roll my eyes when I hear that nonsense. He is saying they will bring in 10K PPV per weekend at $9.95. That is $90,995.00 dollars in revenue. Oh my god, let's be realistic and he gets 1000. That brings him in $9,995 dollars. Payroll for the professional players will be $40k plus and throw Nathan a bone. Add rent, taxes and a thousand other things and Jesus, that is some big ass losses every week!!! Double that to two thousand and your sinking faster than the Titanic in the middle of the night. What happens at the end of the season if it get's that far...will there be a prize fund. Only if he found some Texas oilman to cover the losses.

Ya, ya Brittany and Dan Lewis, they should launch if the players take their own flights and wait for their paychecks while he scrambles for more investors. I will take that bet Dan that if he needs to put up the million up front, Eric and I are going to be watching a blank screen while eating popcorn. My prediction, and I know my numbers, it can't make it past the heat of August.

Im sitting in port waving goodbye to the Titanic and I'm going to try and make sure this three ring circus is halted before Chiborak does anymore damage. Please Larry and John, for the sake of your investors, Rasson, any other sponsors, your players and most importantly, the pool fans that really do want this to start. STOP!!! Find the proper financing, don't announce another stupid start date and maybe, if your an amazing salesman, you can find the funds to last a whole season!!! October makes way more sense. Only if you can find the money.

In the meantime, you know where I will be hitting you the hardest. Yep, I am going to keep telling the truth!!!

If you really think these numbers are the actual anticipated projections, then you're right when you say that Larry kept you in the dark. Not only are they absurd, but its clear that you weren't even disclosed the actual business model.

5 months without being in the venue or at meetings shows that you really have no grasp on what the WPBL is, or intends. It's no wonder the forums think this project is ridiculous, when they're being fed so much misinformation.

On the Topic of PPV

Outside of a few cases in the sporting world, namely fighting sports, PPV is avoided whenever possible. PPV, in all its forms, consists of a decision by the consumer to purchase something. A few examples follow.

First, sports channels fight tooth and nail to stay out of premium tiered packages. This could be through negotiation or legal action. Second, when channels put together mobile and web platforms, they often bypass consumer choice in the matter, instead opting to do deals with the various service providers instead, using consumer login systems to those platforms if the service provider opted for the deal.

One really good example of consumer choice and value placement happened just this week. NBC announced their plans for broadcasting the English Premier League. This includes televised coverage and mobile/web. Most fans are excited at all of the "free" coverage they will get. Now, of course they aren't getting anything for free. It'll be included in their cable/satellite rates and those rates are already dominantly based on the high carriage fees of sports channels. Many of these fans are perfectly aware they aren't really getting anything for 'free', despite using that word to describe the transaction.

So why use the word "free" if it really isn't "free"? Because it isn't on a premium channel/tier. They don't have to call anyone to get it. It isn't a PPV they have to buy every week. It is already included in their existing packages, and even though such channels are a big source of their high rates, which they don't care for, in their mind it is free because they didn't have to do anything extra. The fewer decisions and the more convenient it is for consumers the better.

Hell......apparently you guys can't get any to actually build a door, let alone put your foot in one.

I'm not sure if you're poking fun or trolling, but either way I found this to be pretty funny. It's spot on.

On a related note, try to keep in mind that myself, Lenny, and Dave have nothing to do with construction delays or this Barry train wreck. We just deal with players, set up a/v equipment, program stats software, and wait for the season to launch.

Speaking of which, I hereby withdraw from my occasional post of countering Barry's nonsense. From now on ill just let him ramble himself further into denial.

Ill also extend an open invitation to anyone passing through Vegas to come see the venue. I have no doubt that anyone who steps inside will quickly see that BB is not only far from dead, but is working on some extremely innovative stuff.

Can you take some pictures and post them so those of us that would like to check out the studio can see what it looks like. This may put a spark back into the dwindling fan base that is forgetting about Bonus Ball more everyday.

Let's see, I was at the venue most of Janurary when I found the contractor problems that the rat was chewing the cheese right under your nose silly boy. I was in the studio for most of February training players the game of Bonus Ball and promoting to the amateurs in Las Vegas because I was the only one that has the sense to see the value in promotion. Then Larry went into hiding while I met John in Winnipeg in late March, and we discussed many things. Forming another new corporation, buying out my shares so we could put Larry out to pasture, where is the all money coming from, John, and when is Larry going to poke his head out again. He also didn't know that I was onto them and this new company and why they need to get the shares to the new investors because John also did not know I knew about the promissary notes that they signed. After that meeting, I walked away saying enough is enough. I will not lie to the pool industry. Unless they can prove to me they have the money, I'm going to warn people! Well, no proof and this is my warning. Everyone needs to protect themselves. Even the landlord of the venue, the contractor and the authorities that issued the LLC to Larry Chiborak. This is serious and needs to be dealt with immediately.

Five months of meetings I missed, really? Larry just landed back in Vegas last week. Your a liar Nathan and your lying to your industry. Please stop this madness! You then tell me the new business model??? You must tell me the financials, I'm a shareholder. It's the law. This is not video school. This is a structured corporation with rules that Chiborak has failed to follow. Also, tell me, will this new business model include a million dollars in trust for the players. Do tell!

This whole deal makes no sense to anyone. I figured Larry had 3 million or so hidden somewhere because that is what you will need to produce this show and run this business for six months. When I confronted John about the money needed he just got angery and said they'd find it. Well you have some serious problems ahead with the securities officials and I know you don't have the million dollars prize monies or you would simply man up and give me the financials. I have more to lose than anyone if this flops. I own the second most shares and I'm the only one that cares about the amateur market!

The only reason I have not walked into the studio this month is because I was told to get off the ship before I go down with it too! My lawyer and I aren't even sure who has the lease of the building? Company A, Company B or Company C...that is why I'm lurking outside the venue. I have been advised not to venture in because who knows what company Im walking into! Chiborak must produce all his financials to me and in turn, I will tell the players how many paychecks they will receive before the doors close. That saddens me but seeing players starving in Las vegas because of the constant delays and mismanagement saddens me more!

I saw the look of horror on Chiborak's face and John's face too. I have tried talking sense to them and in turn they get angry and ignore me.

Im a little like Donald Trump...Nathan, your fired for making Chiborak spend far too much on senseless equipment, Chiborak is fired for blowing investor money like it grows on

trees, Dave is fired for not doing some shows or podcasts or something to promote this great game. Dan Lewis, your fired just because your an idiot that has no clue what he is

talking about and forced me to post all this today! John, your fired for not listening to me and bringing in your buddies into the snake pit!

This whole mess stinks and you have the nerve to tell people I'm the bad guy??? LOL I'm here to save you. Pack it in and stop killing money!!!! Other people's money!

I second this. I personally don't understand why you guys aren't producing more BB content and keeping it alive.

I have to echo Cleary's observation that the BB players aren't evangelizing for BB while out on the road. While I don't agree with him on this subject he is right that without some grassroots efforts this is unlikely to catch on.

Sorry if I sound like I'm targeting you personally. I realize you only handle the production aspect and I truly do hope it works out.

No no, it's all good. The truth is that it has been a train wreck thus far, and I'm guilty based on association. I'm cool with that though, as unlike everyone else, I also see positives every day when I'm down at the studio. I'm willing to sort through the negative and work towards a positive result.

When I joined the team, the business was a mess. The game needed work, countless things were overlooked, and a few people involved were counter productive. Start dates and information were released prematurely, and when those dates were missed, everyone balked. Rightfully so.

At that point enough was enough, and restructuring and reorganizing was done. People were fired, and others were hired. At that point it was decided that all PR would be ditched entirely until everything was in order and the WPBL had it's shit together.

Months have passed. Many of them. Thankfully, those months have been put to good use. Sure, construction was the initial issue, but it's also given us time to completely reevaluate the game plan. Larry, being extremely open, has not only allowed for many changes, but has gone above and beyond at making them happen.

Moral of the story, is that people have a right to be skeptical. I don't mind when people have negative things to say, as long as they're respectful about it. Sure, I'm not going to disclose any of these new "game changing" events or ideas, but the time for the PR silence is nearing it's end. The last of the loose ends are being tied, and it's just a matter of time until the real project is unveiled.

I won't go and say that it's going to be amazing and everyone will love it, but I am confident that it will surprise a lot of people. At the end of the day, my team has put a ton of hard work into countless aspects of production that no one has seen yet, and win lose or draw, I'm still proud to have the opportunity to show people what's to come.

Like Griffen said on Tar podcast 37, show us something...show us a painted door or a preview of all this greatness. We are tired of hearing all the excuses!

So easy to say Nathan without producing a single show or even a poster for christ's sake. Granted you got a hell of a fancy light show and I imagine that with eight ridiculously

expensive camera's, a 30K tricaster that humbles TAR's or anyone else in the United States, this first night better be good. After all, you spent the best money other people could

buy!

The bottom line is, you still have a game that nobody plays in New York, a game that nobody plays that is in the league and a league that nobody knows about. When the smoke and

mirrors all clear, you better have your ducks in order and a paycheck for all involved and that includes many many months of wages that your Executive Vice-president is

owed. Because like it or not, I'm collecting it right now! Satisfaction of forcing this all to a head is priceless and the truth will set you free! Money means nothing to me

but the well being of my pool industry means a lot! Enjoy the heat! Because Mr. Bonus Ball is cooking up a storm! Can you smell it, baby!?

Barry! Brother!

Do you have any paperwork on the shares you own? Just curious. Any shares I own, I have paperwork for them. Is it a publicly traded company? Maybe I'll buy your shares.
