Did you live in Ohio ?
Some UFO took Billy and took him to Arizona.
Bill was one of the first to use stag horn collars I think ( at least one of the first to popularize it ). My mentor, Kerry Zeiler, called him and thanked him for discovering a material as good as ivory but is elephant friendly.
Bill's splicing of his long one-piece butts is pretty cool too.
His cues hit great and are very unique in their own way ( spliced butt and longer shaft with stag collars and ferrules ).
I've talked to him a few times and he's always been cool.
He's mostly into car racing nowadays.

never lived in ohio. born and raised in jersey

I got this cue from a small time cue dealer that used to frequent all the local rooms in my area. I forgot his last name but his first name was barry. I believe he had a connection of some kind with bill hagan because he had a bunch of them for sale.

hagan cues play awesome to.
