Looking for another Meucci: 88-2 or M-8

With the help of the forum, I was able to find a nice Meucci Original for my father. Now, it's my turn. I would like to find either a Meucci Original 88-2, or the M series equivalent M-8. The M-8 would need to be a pre-dot model; I'm not interested in a red dot, or a black dot. Script (M series) or Original, really doesn't matter do me; though, either would need to have the cream wrap. I will say this: I'm not looking to spend a lot of money for the M-8. A little more for the 88-2 is fine.

Let me see with you have available.

88-2

ive got an 88-2 with red meucci original stamp logo and matching red points. its in perfect condition; just refinished by scott Erwin. scott refinished this cue with the help of one of the meucci historians, as the red meucci originals stamp was pretty rare. it may not meat 2 of your criteria though:

1. may not be "cheap"
2. has black wrap instead of cream wrap

Don't have the original shaft though. The one in the pic is a black dot.

Thank you, but it's too dark.

I'm not looking for anything "cheap", just not willing to spend a lot for a script Meucci.
Thank you for posting. That's a nice cue, but not one in which I am interested.

Not my way to butt in but doesnt the second one have the meucci original logo not the script on it?

As well as being in red instead of black or white.

A few of these have changed hands here over the past two years, and I want one.

I gots the cash, some cues to trade, however we can get'er done...
(wow, that is really terrible grammar.)

That was my first cue. I bought from Meullers, and I didn't see a lot of them other than mine. Mine looked exactly like the M-8 shown on the poster ad.

It was less flashy than the other ones, and Meullers had it on clearance, trying to get rid of it...LOL.

Clearance price....my favorite style at the time....
