Idaho I apologize for criticizing your quoting of a previously quoted post. There were to have been some appropriately placed smilies, etc. That never made it in my post.
From ripoff thread number 1 you do mention a lot of antisocial behavior that RKC displayed at your home while working on your table with his assistant there to finish the job.
I wish you would re-quote that post because it was pretty much train wreck quality.

I think this should be on the front page so any of Glen's potential customers/ victims can read what could possibly happen to them. Glen's been posting on AZ since this saga began so he could have tucked tail and apologized for lying to hos customer, dropping the ball on the project and throwm himself on the mercy of the forum.
I sure hate to see it die. Especially since you red repped me in the last thread after simply speaking the truth.
The RKC supporters should do what Glen has failed to do from day one and that's man up and admit their wrong, apologize and take their licks for whatever its worth.
This guy turned out to be exactly what we said he was.

Honestly, your posting Glen's reply makes me support his business ethics more, even if his adhering to a timeframe may slip. In your quote of his, it seems as if he wants all table mechanics to adhere to a standard, one of which he abides. If he ever did work on a table and it was substandard, the quote you reposted would make me think he would do everything in his power to make it right, although I personally wouldn't place money on the exact date he said he would show up.

The worst part of all this is the ever growing list of people who have dealt with Glen who feel they're better off remaining silent about their "glen experience" because some on this forum are hellbent on defending a guy who isn't half of what he makes himself out to be.
They don't want to be ridiculed for speaking up against the almighty table installer. I've received an awful lot of PM's and not just a few. Dozens of untold stories out there. Just look at the backlash the OP has received from some here and this guy was flat out done wrong. But some here have still attempted to make him out to be the bad guy. Its unfortunate.

I can though tell you of MY PERSONAL experience with Glen. Search the forum for the long version.
In short, Glen took the time to make my table perfect, I saw immediately why he has trouble staying on deadlines, he wont leave a job until it is done right.
When he finished he even helped me move some furniture I had to a storage facility.
I have absolutely no problem with Glen, and would have him come back and move or redo my table.
So add me to the silent group that had a positive experience with Glen.

How long did it take for him to complete your job?
Did he have to take any parts from your table, rendering it unplayable, with him for months?
Four days, and nothing needed to be removed. I did wait for Glen to make an east coast run for about two years. I knew this up front, and would check in with him from time to time. Anybody who spent any time on this forum, would have known that the biggest problem that Glen has is getting to a location in a timely fashion.
The point I am trying to make is the only people who know the real truth are the OP and Glen.
Everything else on this thread is nothing more than piling on one way or another.
I can only relate MY experience with Glen, and that is all that I can speak too.
