I heard they spent over $ 1,000,000.00 just to upgrade the building they were in...and the best part, they don't own the building where the have Bonus Ball, they pay month to month rent. I can't see how they would put so much money into a building they didn't even own... At least that's the story I was told..

i have built out businesses and spent that much $$$ and didnt oewn the building, look at all the RiteAide drug stores and the like, they typically dont own their buildings, even WalMart dont own all their buildings. I had a chance to buy a WallMart building with a 20 year lease guaranteed by Walmart a few months back, a million in biz aint much $$$, however they way Larry had it structured it was a VERY POOR PLAN. it was not a viable biz model.

And who are they going to get to play? All the players left Vegas. And after what happened with them not getting paid, why would they come back?
Sure they would if the right people made them whole and had contracts in place and were REAL. Where else can they go? its a shit deal right now and I'm glad they left Vegas, i support that move 100%. BB should be filmed over a 5-10 period 12-15 hours/day then nobody has to live in Vegas.
If the current BB investors are involved then no they shouldnt go back, unless they all are made whole, and that extends beyond the $$$ owed for the matches. Whole means the $$$ they lost believing all the bullshit up to this point. Their airfare apartments etc. the false starts from Feb until they opened up. All that $$$ is due to the players.
IMO the Canadians are history if BB survives. And it will be a whole NEW DAY and different deal, It has to be for it to work. it can work for the "Right" people. not the existing management(if you want to call it that)

I had a UK betting account at one time but then they took it away from everyone in US-I re-registered with a Canadian address and then they used IP addresses or something and you couldnt place a bet FROM the US no matter what. Everything was good until the 2nd IPT tournament-just a coincidence-shutdown had nothing to do with the IPT.
Shortly we are expecting a rich guy who's mad at his money to come in and save the day.:wink:

Lots of things will have to line up for it to work out, Still no negative information.
I know the venue has value to the right people, (people who already have media distribution in place) not for anyone else.
the right people are considering the future now, thats not bad, it aint great until we know what they decide. its bigger than one person thats for sure. It will take a working effort of a couple big compinies and the players, then the fans will have something. if not it will be another black eye on pool.,
