There would be more people wanting cues if people were more worried about HOW to play and not WHAT to play with.

You are so right. I should of spent this time playing instead of wasting time on a forum.

I don't love his cues that much. I don't need a bunch of pricey shit to love pool. I'll shoot with a house cue any day all day. The only bad thing I heard or read is from you.
So maybe he made it that way on purpose. When someone tells someone else to suck a D***, He's usually the one who likes the taste of the foreskin. Later Fats.
Can't believe no one mentioned Randy Mobley!
His work is exquisite and its not easy to find his newer cues for sale. I remember someone offering the owner of last year's COTY submission cue double to triple his buying price but he won't barge.
If we're talking about cue makers alive with cue prices that increases Immediately after they leave shop and holds their value very well with impeccable work and almost impossible to buy from the cue maker then I'd say:
Dennis Searing
Randy Mobley
Barry Szamboti
I genuinely believe that Mobley will be right up there at the very top. I've had the good fortune of seeing his work and owning one of his recent work. It is one of the most well made cue I've laid hands on.

B.S. There's more to the story. Maybe we have a case of the cook spitin in the soup. I
don't know if that's the case? If that's true, that's not cool. But the fact is you don't get the respect of your peers by making shit. That's just the way it is.
Are you on his waiting list?
No comparison DENNIS SEARING by far the most sought after cue, with berry a close second.
Why even try... He is blinded by ignoranceJust like a Bentley, Ferrari, Porsche, etc. cost more than a Ford, Pontiac, etc. but I'm sure they are the same...?
+1 on your comments Fatboywhat ever, go blow -R- and let me know how salty it is.....

I have played with 2 RM's and was wondering why he wasnt in this thread, those cues play very nice!!!! I dont know randy, i do respect his work, fantastic cues.
I spoke to Barry today for a hour, we havent spoke in WAY to long lots of catching up to do. We are all caught up now, we talked about Art Cantando(RIP) there was a man who gives John Wayne the 8 Ball, Barry told me a story today about him I didnt know, without his permission I will leave it private, I would like to share it, I'm going to ask Barry if I can. Arthur was a mans man, wow!!!! And his cues are amazing.
Searing makes the best coffee of all cue makers, and if you call him about coffee he is easy to find.As far as cues goes, he is busy, very very busy. Good guy and friend, proud to say that.
Showman is a top shelf guy too and builds great cues.
who is in demand? who knows all good cues sell fast-i noticed the market is a little better.
best

Hey Eric
I`ll 2nd that Dennis really really likes his coffee. LOL At the SBE show this past year, Dennis said he could really go for a cup of coffee. so I found him a cup. Boy was he happy happy happy after that. I told him I guessed on the 2 scoops of sugar he wanted, he just laughed & said no worries Jeff it will be good just the way it is. Dennis S & Barry S sure do make some beautiful cues & they are both very very easy to talk with 1 on 1 as well.
