We understand that both offers made to the men provided them with the potential to make several thousand dollars. We are also aware that the money to be made off of this PPV match by Str8 Shots or TAR could be quite substantial. That being said, we have asked John Schmidt NOT to do this match. John Schmidt will be compensated by Str8 Shots for the potential loss of income. He has generously offered to donate a portion of those monies to the Str8 Shots Juniors program.
I don't think Mark's explanation accounts for Kim's paragraph above --- in this paragraph, she's not saying "Str8 Shots will not be producing this match, so it's OK if John does the TAR match," she's saying "We asked John to not do the TAR match."
So, if she made a 180... why didn't she just make a new post saying such?? Why didn't she/Mark tell Danny the moment it was dead?
Basically, the public backlash made her agree to John playing at TAR, but no one told Danny anything.
In the BEGINNING, she 100% put the kabash on JS playing the TAR match. It was not "he could play if he behaved" -- it was "He could only play if we OK'd it."
My theory.
1) Danny or John needed some time to prepare. (Kim said this in her second post) Therefor the original date was going to be in 2014
2) Tar made the offer and Kim was alerted so Kim decided to publicly state there would be no match, and she held the contract that would prevent it. She did this knowing she was still going to put on the match in 2014 but she did not want other promoters negotiating with them in the mean time. Others negotiating only leads to more problems.
3) A shit storm occurred on here and now they have decided that it is in their best interest to follow through on their claim not to put on the match.
Basically they did not shoot us straight and the whole thing about morals was BS.
That's right. If the only match she knew about was the str8shots match she wouldn't have to ask John not to do anything, she'd just be telling him they decided not to have the match. Absolutely, first post she knew about the TAR match and she was for sure telling us that she told John he couldn't play and that was what she was compensating him for.
Mark has several times told me I would understand if i knew what he knows. I'm afraid Kim and Mark don't know what each other knows, and who knows what these people told Danny, he for sure doesn't.

Yeah. where it gets "tough to figure" is when you are trying to see that everybody acted in good faith here. As soon as you toss that out the window, it all makes sense.

I have seen all kinds of angles in my life and some have came from people who seemed more trust worthy than these charity folk.

the sad part is the majority of the posts are full of crap.people putting words in peoples mouths, false accusations, spinning words around to fit your agenda.taking posts out of context, conspiracy theories. and on and on.
oh yea... a whole lot of assuming. do you know what it means to assume means? take a look at the words. it means to assume is to make an ass outa you and an ass outa me.
i want to give a few examples out almost 600 posts of crap.
slopy pockets makes a post, some one else remarks on what sloppy pockets posted. sloppy pockets comes back on and says WHOA! i did not say that. the other poster says i just added my words to what you said. a whole lotta that is being posted.
justin posts he spoke to kimberly and his thoughts on her and her husband. someone else posts that justin spoke to her and her husband. justin says no .. you puttin words in my mouth i never said i spoke to her husband. the other poster said i assumed you spoke to him. like i said there is a whole lotta assuming in most of theses posts.
kinda funny in a way but sad at the same time that str8shots went from an organization that does a whole lot of charity work to a charity organization with people on here demanding to see their mission statement and their financial records. IT AINT NO BODYS BUSINESS ON HERE.
this thread reminds me of a game we used to play in school. the teacher would line all the kids up against the wall. she would wisper something in the 1st kids ear and he has=d to pass the message on to the next kid. by the time it got to the last kid the message was entirely different that what was 1st said .
it seems like quite a few have took on a mob mentality where no one is willing to listen to reason.

From what JCIN posted and Mark it's my understanding that Kim wasn't aware of the backlash that came with her original post. I think after reading some good and bad responses she tried to correct the situation and in my eyes she did. Mark had a match in mind that was scheduled for 2014. Str8shots separated themselves from that match also and reminded John to act in a professional manner. I do think she was going to stop John or advise him not to participate and then thought better of it. She stepped out of the situation and it was admiral in my opinion . Not many will back up and say .... Your right. John knows the rules. Thanks Kim for giving John the nod. Now let's hope Danny doesn't piss off JCIN. He said the offer is still stood.
Hopefully Danny will agree to work with Justin and get this match played, but who knows. That cat is crazier than bedbugs.
