In just over 24 hours, the toughest $100 fast&loose Challenge Rack was completed successfully by Brian Hickman (user B Hick). The drill is very tough, and was amazed at how quickly it was run. I was hoping it would take a few weeks before a successful runout, but I underestimated the level of players here on AZB once again!

Congrats Brian, that was tough! $100 coming your way soon.

Very well done Brian. That is no easy drill to complete that way. Mind telling us about how many tries it took. Johnnyt

Not to be picky but I don't think you can use side rails. Which was used in one of his shots.

In the other thread, he said it was between 150-200 tries

I could try it 1000 times and probably not do it :p

It was allowed. It was the top rail he wasn't allowed to use.

So, you can use three rails, both short rails, and the long rail with the pockets he was shooting towards, correct?

Did he have to do it in the order he did it in ??

Very impressive. The second shot almost hung in the pocket, that would have sucked. After that, you made it look pretty easy. Great drill!

That's correct, and yes he had to do it in the order shown.

The challenge was inspired by Darren showing the drill in a TAR podcast.
Darren only used 9 balls and said something like
"you can do it where touching this long rail near you is allowed, but I do it without touching that rail".

The challenge did not specifically ban that rail, maybe as an oversight or maybe because
they felt it was hard enough as-is (using all 15 balls makes it a bear).
