I just want to know if Mr. SJD is/was so good why don;t he come on here an give some pointers to us lesser bangers. CJ certainly has many times over. You can like or him or despise him; I could give a rats ass which. He has spent lots of time answering questions I have. There are people here that really could give a shit less of who you are or what you perceive you were but are merely trying to learn the game and get better at it. If your so good at one pocket then start a thread and give the one pocket tips of the day or week. I'm sure it won't impact on your current money games and might actually help some people!

I have a feeling this won't happen anytime soon, some people are here for a different "agenda".

I've learned a lot about life, people, human tendencies, and especially myself playing and competing at pocket billiards (and other games/sports). I'm told humans can learn life just living "life on life's terms," I'm not sure it could be as well rounded and diversified if not for matching up and competing (in pool and in business). If you can survive in the greatest pool rooms you certainly have a head start on those that just learned in class room environments. Some of the best knowledge comes from the "school of hard knocks" otherwise known as "Pool School" to the "old school".

I'm not sure if I love pool, have a passion for it, or was just destined and born to play. Can any of us honestly answer that question? One thing's for sure, we've had "life experiences" that we could get no other way, some of us desire to share with other's and other don't....and such is life.

As is very often the case on most forums, (but espescially AZB) most people tend to respond to the LAST post, without ever going back just a few !..This causes them to make unintelligent, UNINFORMED comments ! (and that's as mild as I can put it)

'Two Shot Shoot Out' is the way of the future, why be stuck in the past?

One foul is about ducking, kicking and running racks with ball-in-hand (and cheating on the rack of course).....what could be more boring than that? No wonder the Game is so unpopular, they've taken out the best qualities, Shot-Making and Strategy to speed up matches and tournaments at the expense of diluting the "Master Game" down to glorified marbles.

I know there are many that can see these differences, and many that can't. I'm just pointing them out for those that have "eyes that can see, and ears that can hear" - if you think the game is fine like it is we can still be friends and I respect your opinion.

Don't shoot the messenger, I just want to see the Game improve and it will NEVER rise again by show casing the undesirable qualities of the Game, we must bring back the outstanding shot making, the strategic situations and do away with the racking/breaking dishonesty. 'The Game is the Teacher'

I don't often agree with you but you are spot on here. I knew I preferred two shot over one due to playing it years ago but playing American Rotation recently has rekindled my interest in playing a rotation game which requires the players to make decisions during play.

Most of us realize, when they have reached a saturation point on any given subject !..That is why I have changed my avatar, and backed off on the "Wil-e Coyote-RoadRunner" show !.

We are playing down at Rusty's in Ft. Worth every day. There's more gambling here than anywhere I've ever seem in my life. I played a guy in his house last week giving him 14/5 and won my biggest score in recent history. Texas' pool economy is booming for some reason.

I'm supposed to keep this info "secret," however I did produce "CJ's Ultimate Pool Secrets" and I'm still getting scolded by some of the older players for teaching 'The Touch of Inside' technique......oh, well, such is life, I'm ok with getting scolded and yelled at.

Joe Tucker was around in the early 90s you know. We simply played honestly, nothing complicated about that.
There's nothing wrong with checking the rack.....we did it "back then" too.
