Who's the best rock mover

In terms of controlling the cue ball with incredible accuracy, hands-down it goes to Ginky. He was, by far and away, the most controlled player I've ever seen. If you're talking about pure stroke, obviously Efren Reyes would be king.

Buddy Hall hands down.

This has been discussed every three months for years on here. I have seen every top player play since 1985. Having said that no one compares to Buddy Hall game after game, day after day, year after year, he is the best hands down.

The cue looked like it was part of his arm its like he was using his hands to move the cue ball.

On a pool table..............
Buddy Hall
The Miz
Mike Sigel
Alex Pagulayan

On a 6x12..............
Walter Lindrum
George Chenier

On a carom table......
Too many to list

imo, of course

Maybe not the best of all time but certainly fun to watch when he's letting it go: Rafael "Why Play A Stop Shot When 4 Rail Shape Will Do Just Fine" Martinez.

Rarely is his CB not still spinning when it comes to a stop. :D

I have to also pick Buddy. Seen him many times from the mid 70's to the last time at the 2005 US Open 9-Ball Championship. effortless!

Well, yes, but he's dead. And has been for quite a while. Of current players, Frederic Caudron is a good pick, and is a much better carom player than Efren.
