i am not a cuemaker
in a thread in the main forum someone mentioned from their experience a forward balanced cue follows better and a rear balanced cue draws better
is there any truth to this??
or does balance point only affect the "feel" of the cue in the hand?
would like to know your thoughts on this
expanding on this question
is there a certain set up of weight distribution or something else that would make one cue seem to transfer more spin to the cue ball with less effort??
