ended up with an unplanned side trip into a cat scan machine. not the 'koolkatscan' kind either, like they have in NC...

I had everything all set at my computer for a fun evening watching 2 legends duke it out in 9 ball. Exactly the same problem as last night. Plays for 5 seconds then freezes until complete relog-in. WTF!

I give up.

Now I'm heading to the tv to watch Columbo or Gilligan's Island on me-tv. :angry:

Inside Pool Earl vs. Efren Paypal Dispute

I paid for all 3 days and spent 2+ hours last night with no stream and an hour tonight with the same results. I watch the warm up stream just fine and then at 8:00 nothing. No request for log-in credentials. I emailed JR over and over and still no resolution. I just for the first time issued a Paypal dispute and I am sure others have also. Sorry for the rant but staying home and wanting to watch the match is BS when I paid in advance for it. I will never pay for an Inside Pool TV stream again.

Been over an hour and they still have not send me my log in credentials.

I then get kicked from chat for to many comments...

Fu*k this shit! Stream was looking great, then froze up. Now we can't log back in, getting "Login Error Undefined". Such bullshit, I'm so freakin' done with Inside Pool and their amateur setup. TAR and Accu-Stats would never let this happen, nor would Daniel or Big Truck.

And to think I blew my streaming budget for the week on this instead of this week's TAR match. I will be demanding my money back for sure.
 
and let me add, per KK9 & on the heels of IRELAND:

Ya, it's not really the money I care about, it's missing history in the making that's got folks sharpening their pitchforks. I was SO looking forward to seeing this live, then my wife's car ate my entire year's pool budget and I couldn't go. What the hell, I figure, at least I'll get to watch it on TV.

Epic wrong about that.

Never had problems with a inside pool match before, this is the first, it is horrible to not even get your credentials after you pay for something. There's no excuse for that. You need to just open it up when there are this many problems/

Stream is back. Earl is up 9-4. Efren better wake up soon or this match will be a runaway for Earl.
 
My phone has been ringing - angry people (understatement) over this stream.

there are bigger problems in the world, to be sure, but this stings pretty bad.

I am filing a dispute now. No point in paying if they will just play it for free the next day...

Hour and a half and still no response about my login credentials.

Heres to hoping I get my money back.
