Thanks to Bigtruck and Championship Cloth, Johnny Archer can F&^% off

People have done worse

And play on the Mosconi team year after year. As long as it is permitted, it is condoned.

Wonder why pool is where it is? Look at recent history. No sponsor should ever put their name on this game.

I'm sorry, it's way too easy to dogpile on people on this forum. I'm sorry the deal didn't go down as originally planned. I do not pretend to know why JA didn't deliver as advertised. Johnny has always been a stand up guy, and from what I've seen over his entire career Johnny does everything he can for the fans and to further the sport. I'm sure he did not set out to screw anyone over, so why not consider that before starting a thread on here telling Johnny to F-off in the title because you did not get what you wanted from him. He might very well have a valid reason for not delivering.
Chuck

there's some irony here.

imo

best,

Accountability? meh....
Busy having a life? meh meh....
Could have a valid reason for this? meh meh meh....

I used to be a fan of JA and saw him in person here in Des Moines at Big Dogs doing an exhibition with Earl a few years back. Assuming he was aware if the situation it really takes so little time to post a 1-2 line comment on this forum about what's going on. I know he takes the time to do it when he creates a new thread about something in regards to himself.

This was an auction, it was not charity. The OP "paid" for a product.

This is no different then someone going to the Wanted/For Sale section of the forum, finding a cue they like, telling the seller they will buy it, sending the money, and then having the seller keep the money and not send the cue.

The only difference is this time it was Johnny Archer that ripped a buyer off.

No one is asking for perfect CJ, is it ok to at least expect pros who don't actually outright rip their fans off and scam them though? Is that too much to ask CJ?

who cares what he thinks anyway?
