I buy things to resale. I pay quickly and I do not back out. I also sell things for less then I should so I turn it over quickly.
You guys have it wrong. Everyone wants to gamble with me. I play in bad games and do not mind if I get beat. I was more or less talking about the sharking and cheated once a game has started so that they do not lose their one barrel.

If you think most players are NIT's, it may be because you have not perfected you gambling skills. Some players work on improving their ability to play but never learn how to gamble.

The funny thing is I act and gamble like I play over a 100 speed but probably am a 80. I played Melvin Mackey with him spotting me 10-7 race to 4 for $300. I lost 4-0,4-0,4-1 and still played another set and won that one 4-3.
I work for a living. I have 2 jobs and own a side hot dog cart business. I would say I have more work ethic and integrity then anyone. I also have 3 kids with two in diapers and one of them born last x mas. I haven't gambled for more the $200 in 6 months. The last time I bet it up I bet al m even up for 2k and lost 8-2 in one pocket. Daniel come down to my house for the weekend. We will play 6 ahead one pocket for $500-800.
I don't hate nits but I stay away. People play pool for different reasons. For me, it was always about the money. Nothing else. I do not even play these days simply because I don't need the money. My family is always asking me to go places, to play, there's no reason but when I was playing I tried my best to stay away from nits. There are rules about gambling, one of them is, don't chase your own money. Usually if you are then you're playing a nit. Of course this isn't always true.
so playing 2 sets is an accomplishment now, thats just sad. But I do know alot of players who would ask for a bigger spot or quit after one set.
Now that takes balls. Working hard for your money then to gamble like that. I could never do that. When I worked, I didn't play. When I played, I didn't work a job.
sounds like you need all the money you can get. just stop gambling and buy your kids some more diapers.
