honestly don't even know what it takes to win the match ... but it is a blast to watch! PRESSURE!!! :eek:

I'm glad alot of people got to tune in and watch the game tonight.What a great match and the commentary is absolutely top notch.
Hopefully Bonus Ball picked up a few more fans.I would love to see it take off

I wasn't a bonus ball guy either, but I can't ever remember being more excited watching pool except for possibly the Mosconi Cup!! That was so exciting and the game is awesome.. You really have to think and control whitey that's for sure!! The team concept rules and I loved the match tonight. Congrats to the Atlanta Scorpions!! You get to see so many different shots in this game too including banks!! I'm blown away..I wish I would have watched the whole season now and not been so closed minded:mad:
 
I'll watch it again for sure. I can't believe Atlanta made mental mistakes like shooting the wrong ball and wasn't really punished.

What a great match tonight. I like the team aspect of it and the format. It'll help people that do league play pay attention as they'll be able to relate.

Concerning the jerseys, I like them. Provides the team feel just like any other league out there. They do need some refinement though. The team logos look too amatuerish.
 
No ESPN3 so I couldn't watch.

Does anyone know if there's a way to check how many viewers they had?

I would imagine BB made some sort of deal that if they got X number of viewers that they could show a match on ESPN or ESPN2. It would be really awesome if the finals were aired live on TV.

Mosconi was on espn3 2 years ago.. they didn't have enough viewers to even repeat on ESPN3 this year.... For the guys out there slugging it out I hope it gets picked up but I think it's a longer shot than Cleary winning the US Open this year.......
 
I loved the way the game manages to combine elements of snooker, 14.1, one-pocket and the rotation games. The shot clock and limited time-outs makes it interesting, too.

I had to get a "services" login registered with my cable provider and got into the match around the halfway mark on my PC. Don't get ESPN3 on my regular TV. Thanks for posting that it was on.

Funny how they had camera right under the clock and you could tell every time a player was eyeballing the shot clock.

I hope the rest of these playoffs be on ESPN3? They said Saturday 1pm Pacific time for the other semi-final match. I will share with as many league players as I can tomorrow night...
