My Tony Zinzola Story

I have not posted in a while, but do own 9 Zinzolas, a few from Tony and the rest here on AZ. #s 14, 38, 65, 69, 70, 77 (first gambler cue), 86, 98 and 112. On my lastest one, was contacted by Tony on Feb. 14th 2011, about his 2012 batch. emails back in forth ,sent payment on May 20th , 2011 1350.00.
last spoke on the phone in Feb. of 2013,alot of promises, but nothing done.
Was hoping for the best, but it seems many others are in the same boat.

more emails and nothing since April of 2013.

Have saved all emails and dates.

Up 3 cues which belong to SWEST & fatboy, as for the other 2
cues, I'm only gonna post the joint section with the ring work
because anyone can say that their cues and I do not know how

I should go on USPS schedule for a pick up and get you a fake

in 10 fold, this is not even over yet., this is only the beginning. There

disrespect is not gonna go unanswered.

Sam I went back to re-read your post and according to your dates and everything sounds about right because in May of 2013 T.Z have made many promises to re-pay me but it went into Aug 1, 2013 that when he disappeared. Not answering calls or text messages. From the time of your payment, deposit and purchase of CNC controller for him he was trying to gather money to make payment but with end results of more excuses. All the way until Feb of 2014 he still lying about he haven't took anyone else money for works or order but from what I gather from Jan of 2013 to Nov of 2013 he took more money from others by telling them their cues is almost completed and send payment. I guess he looking for some poor unsuspected buyer/customer that unaware of his scams and took more money from them to juggle his daily routine. Don't understand how he can juggle 100 bottle with 10 caps.

As for TZ showing up at SBE., HE WON'T DARE TO SHOW UP TO SBE as he knows if he ever show up there gonna be hell to deal with and not sure if he will make it out of NJ in one piece. Anyway, below are the pic's of cues as collateral from couple months ago.

Tommy, I offer $500 shipped for all... LOL!, that's about $250 over market value, just trying to get a few smiles outta this shitstorm folks!. On a more serious note, the middle cue would be a gem if not for the horribly misaligned points.

Blu, the middle cue would be my choice as well.

Notched diamonds and I also like wide pearlescent rings. They go well together on that sleeve.
 
That looks like silver pearl. I have white and black on hand but want to expand my pearl stock a bit for the future.

Never owned a Viking cue but like how they use it in their cues.

Yup those 2 are yours for sure as it was confirmed by Jamie " Worminator " & Jontravis. I will make arrangement to get the cues ship to you early next week.

Well, he agreed to a lot of things :wink:.

I'm not expecting TZ will be working on these any further. I'm hoping that the propeller cue (#156,on the left) is, at least, in the condition it was when I sent it to him (apart from the fact that he appears to have covered the wrap to protect it while he worked on the rest of the cue). If not, I'll have it reworked by... someone. I haven't decided who, yet.

As far as completing #169 (second from left) goes, I'll, likewise, just have to see what its condition is. I expect that I'll have to commission someone to make some matching shafts, because TZ has yet to prove to me that he produced the shafts for that cue.

On a good-news front, I do have photographic evidence that he still has the shafts for #156. Now if I can just get him to send them to me :frown:.

The only thing that even kind of makes sense in this situation is that tz had bigger worries than az heavies knocking on his door.

Maybe it's drugs maybe it's gambling debts who knows? ??

The short term reward for someone as talented as his work suggests for doing something like this with the risk involved doesn't make sense otherwise.

Don't think he would finish them, if those 2 cues gets back to TZ hands he MIGHT finish them off and back peddle it through his back door to some unsuspected customer or have one of T. Zinzola supporter sell it on eBay or oversea and give more excuses to SWEST. So I rather have these 2 cues send back to SWEST and let him decide what he wants to do with it, rather if he wants to send it back to TZ to finish off with a gamble that would be Sam choice, at least from my standing point I send the cue back to the rightful owner.
