Great match by both I guess. It was quite a snooze fest.

Big credit to John for not giving up. Huge lesson to be learned here.

Credit to Lou for doing what he had to.

I guess Lou owned JB forever.

John played better than expected.
Lou played worse than I expected.

It's over, finally. I'm hoping they can make piece.
Good job to both players and their friends and family for supporting them!

Now JB can focus on pumping out more works of art!

Didn't understand John's thinking in the last game. He sold out twice in spots where he was in no trouble. The last one he had the edge in ball position??

Lou wins

He won, ran out last 5 easy after John sold out an obvious combo of 2 spotted balls that had been knudged slightly. Lou even aimed it up with his cue on the prior turn. John had to be aware of the sellout.

I watched a little bit yesterday and the last game today. Respect to both players for playing. I know these guys have a grudge against one another, but they both conducted themselves like gentlemen. (At least, from what could be seen on the stream.)

When is the rematch? :)

Too bad he didn't have his cornerman for this game. Might have warned him against some of those mistakes that he didn't seem to be making yesterday.

At least now I know one thing_ I can beat both of those guys.

All in all, a good match, but no different than any rivalry going on. pool rooms across the country. John Barton comes out a winner-he couldn't off bought that kind of advertising anywhere. Lou comes out a winner-cash and more important-pride.

We need more "grudge" matches that are streamed. Maybe the viewers can pick out the next match.

It surprised me because Lou had just very deliberately left the combo there and John had seen it right before then.
On the previous turn John had wisely taken another ball away from there and getting it uptable and then he comes back and doesnt move them. He had to be thinking he could lay the 11 near his hole but even so I think Lou might have had the combo and a chance to move the 11

Who was Frazier without Ali? I think this story is far from over.

At least John only went off for 10K - it could have been far worse.

I would like to see a rematch preferable with each betting their own.

As far as the match, they both played respectably considering the stakes.

Well, it would have to go off for more than $10k. Otherwise, Lou isn't betting his own. He's playing on John's money for the first set....

Correct and he literally lined up the shot with his cue. Tge position john left allowed lou tofall perfect on the second ball at the end rail, 3 more and out the door with the cash. He made it way too easy.
