I wanted to show my player to you guys.. I feel so fortunate to have this cue.. It was Custom made for me by a very good friend of mine.. It also came with a 3rd matching Predator shaft complete with matching JP.. Yes, it plays outstanding! Is this guy good, or WHAT?

I love it! and the grain on those shafts looks like a super player and I'm gonna guess that they weigh 3.8 oz

What's not to like about this cue? Looks Tasc at the butt, JW at the points, and Gus at the rings. Combined with what may or may not be 3/8 x 10 pin, no wonder it's a great player. I'm happy for you Dan and I'd like to have one like this, too. Congrats.

Dan, that cue is beautiful. Joe Mathesius is extremely maticulous. He takes his time and makes sure his workmanship will withstand the test of time. He is also a perfectionist. I'm sure it plays lights out, no doubt. I'm posting a pic from 2003 with Joe and a couple of buddies, one who is no longer with us, Bob Manchester. All these cues Joe built. He's one of the best!!! Anyone who has one of his players know why too!

Enjoy,

John

Smokin Joe's Cues

I do have these 2 cues that Joe made I will sell.. The 4pt cue is one I bought from John Marshall..( He can tell you how good it plays..) The SP is also one of Joe's cues.. It is about 20oz.. It has a shorter 3-cushion billiard shaft and a 29" pool shaft.. Everything white in these cues is Ivory.. Joints, ferrules, and rings..PM or call me if you are interested in either cue..
