The other Hand Out thread got deleted. Ya know, it has to be pretty bad when a deleted thread even by passes NPR. Which the last one did.
 
What you're really asking for is 9x cents...

It'll cost at least 4x cents to send you the .50 so you're really asking for almost a dollar.

Unless you're only asking for it from someone local...

I think you may have misplaced the decimal point. $.50 is fifty cents, not $50.
