The smart thing is to exercise your rights. Some Russian guy wants me to delete something he better give me a good reason. You do not need consent to photograph somebody. It is always polite to ask but not required.
So there's one of these road games going on. They're playing 9 ball. The 3 ball is the lowest ball on the table but it's almost touching the 7. the player at the table shoots and hits both the 3 and the 7. The 3 is pocketed. Outside observers can't tell which ball was hit first. It's that close. The shooter claims he hit the 3 first. His opponent claims it was the seven. How are these things usually worked out?

I really don't want to shatter anyone's illusions but this picture is in fact me. The photo has been heavily photoshopped though as it was in fact snooker I was playing at the time.
It was around 1928. I was 45. A few days later, I was shot and killed in a car accident. Took me weeks to recover.
IIRC I had 3 147's back to back and only had to jump over the edge of the ball three or four times a rack.
I also did not have a bald head at the time and I got rid of my goaty.
