Real offer? or Rick S. just blowing smoke? Where is Rick S.

Thank you Captain Obvious..... I don't care what he charges...and yes, someone mentioned they were being held for "ransom" thus where I got the info that he was charging more than the standard rate.... but if someone over charges for simple photos from an accident to take a cut of some widows benefits, I'm going to call them a scumbag.....you don't have to like it..... the world is filled with them.. get use to it.

What is the appropriate price for "simple photos from an accident"? $0? $100? $250? $728.47? What distinguishes "simple" accident photos from non-simple accident photos, and what is the appropriate price for non-simple ones?

(I'm only addressing the side discussion over applying subjective judgments to appropriate pricing in a market-based economy. The original post and topic are nonsense.)

Don't you think it's a bit ironic that it came from the same person that complains about tournament fees, league dues and just about everything else?

Fair point. But that's how pricing works: if he doesn't like it, then he doesn't signup for the tournament/league. Both he and the tournament/league are better off.

I agree. This thread and the whole idea of even having discussions like this ought to make everyone ashamed.

Nothing to be Ashamed about. You know how much we love Train Wrecks.

None of us started this thread so there should only be one person scratching their head at the moment, wondering, "Why did I hit the New Thread Button".

Roger L is of pretty decent character himself, therefor probably a good judge of character.

I believe that his one post confirms what we need to know of Coco and his Monkey Shines.

If a person dislikes the game of Pool so much, why would you want to hang around a Pool Forum.

When I was young, I took Scuba Lessons. One option for my first open water test could have been in Vancouver.

There are lots of sharks and right on a migratory route for Great Whites.

That got me to thinking, "if I dislike being around fish that can eat people, why would I put myself in a position such as that".

I will just stick to being a fish at the pool hall.

I don't see why we should feel ashamed over this discussion, unless it's wrong to
discuss proper wedding attire, photography, the legal system, blowing smoke......and tournament pool.

Yeah, other than JB, Coco Bonk probably has all of us on his ignore list anyway.

I know that I have been for some time. He was nice enuff to send me a PM to tell me that.

I thought, "Wow, great, now I won't be getting 20 Friendship requests per week.

Hes probably out makin some Bred.

I here he likes to go out and catch some Arizona Rattling type of Snaches and sell them to the turists on the road side.

Tastes like chican ya no.

but only if they have a good marinade

Yeah, preferably Soap and water. The 3 day sleep in a tent Camping Marinade doesn't work that well.

Gotta put some Deeps Woods Off on that Thang.

any bets on how long before Bruce changes his user name again? Usually get a little blow up right before that happens.

About the same amount as for clean drinking water during a hurricane or maybe a pint of blood during surgery.

Have we become animals, do we eat our children?

It looks like a pint of blood during surgery costs about $200 to $300. Of course, if it cost a nickel, the whole collection, testing, and distribution system would break down and we would have much less blood during surgeries. That would be really bad.

Prices are pretty good at directing efforts towards the production of things people value.

Excellent points Jimmy. And there are those that sell water after a hurricane or other catastrophes at a huge mark up, and then there are those that sell it at the same cost, and then there are others that give it away for free.

And folks here have the nerve to complain about insurance companies and lawyers ;)

Oh where oh where did CoCo's thread go?

Oh where, oh where can it be?

With his tale cut short and his ears cut long,

Oh where oh where can he be...
